I learnt that negative history in the vignette are clue’s from test makers to rule out those diseases. Thankyou Dr. Rahul for these amazing strategies.
Best videos ever ! Thanks for your time, I love your way of teaching, I’ve been looking for this kind of videos for months and finally found you. You absolutely rock Doctor 😊
Amazing video Dr. Raul!! One small suggestion is if you could put your picture in a different corner when showing questions so we can see the whole question before you answer it
Your videos actually help me to recall my basic science. And, the pharmacology approach - I never thought it that way. Most of the time, I was trying to just remember the mechanism of action. Thanks for making videos like this!
sir your video are amazing i watched all your videos and get 75 plus percentage in uworld so my request is can you upload biliary tract disease and and gi anatomy in short video high yield topic i will be very thank ful to you respected sir
Hey Dr. Rahul!! I can't seem to find your video on GI physiology where you talk about GI hormones, their secretion and action, have you taken it down? 😔😔😔😔
While preparing is good so you can hone in on a few concepts... once you take an NBME and you isolate few weak organ systems, use the organ systems videos to build a foundation!
sir i watched all your high nbme organ system video and it help me alot on scoring 75 plus percent in uworld . so sir my request is that can you upload full video on liver marker and gi high yield anatomy and let over topic from first aid gi system like gilbert syndrome etc i will be very thankful to you respected sir
Thanks for the clarification. Both are columnar epithelium which is frequently tested. In the stomach, the epithelium is simple columnar, and is organised into gastric pits and glands to deal with secretion. In the small intestine, epithelium is simple columnar and specialised for absorption.
@@hyguruprep No sir I was specifically saying this for only one reason i.e. stomach has mucous neck cells/foveolar cells while intestine has goblet cells so therefore Barrett’s has goblet cells.I commented just to make me remember this thing when I rewatch this;didn’t know that you would comment😅.Thank you for the excellent free videos on TH-cam especially for those who are not able to afford your course.Always grateful.
Gonna be honest. If you don't have basics, watching these videos won't make a single difference. I'm speaking from personal experience. These are only educational when you have certain understanding. It's not for beginners
@@stevebradford3939 well I did watch these videos when I first started prepping for step 1 and it really didn't help much. These are great review materials for dedicated study period not for someone who just began prepping. If you got a cringe from my experience, I really don't know what to tell ya. Hope you have a better journey in your studies

Hello
It’s not gastric epithelium rather intestinal epithelium in Barrett’s esophagus.
Thanks for the clarification. Both are columnar epithelium which is frequently tested. In the stomach, the epithelium is simple columnar, and is organised into gastric pits and glands to deal with secretion. In the small intestine, epithelium is simple columnar and specialised for absorption.

It’s nbme styled reviews so not targeted for beginners, rather for dedicated study period
If ur watching these videos as a beginner ur in the wrong place lol
look at me I know all the basics. Cringe Md.

Not worth your time
Studying FA directly will help you more
Thanks for your feedback! I know these videos will not be or everyone, but hope you were able to garner some pearls for your prep! Best wishes.
