Thanks! Glad you liked it. Let me know if you have any questions about it. Feel free to ask me here on YT, or leave a comment on my G20 review article, or shoot me a message through the contact page on my site. Happy to help 👊💪
I ordered this based on it's compatibility with the G15 Pro, but I cant seem to figure out how to get it to attach to the unit. The leg assembly seems to hook onto the sides of the silver columns, but on the G15 the pulley cables are mounted on the outsides of those same columns (unlike the G20, where they're situated behind the silver columns). As a result, I'm not sure how to attach this without clamping over the cables, which seems like a bad idea. Do you happen to know how this should be done?
Sorry for the delay in getting back! I'm having trouble visualizing what you're describing. I actually ran your question by my contact at Force USA and he suggested it would be easier for you to call in so that they can walk you through it over Facetime (or other video call). Wish I had an immediate answer, but I think that will get you the best result.
If you want to do to leg extensions and leg curls but don't want to buy a dedicated machine, then yes, this is the next best bet for your setup with the original G20.
@@king_of_the_gymwhat about the jammer arms on g20? Only can use the lower part of the rack, so only able to do exercise seated on the floor is it? Wondering if its worth it, cos in my country they only sell as a package (jammer arms, dips attachment, leg developer attachment) Thanks
@@calvinstefanus6915 Correct, you'll be limited to exercises where the attachment is lower on the rack for the original G20. It's certainly not ideal. If you could buy them separately, I wouldn't buy the jammer arms because they're so limiting. Now, since you can only buy them bundled, it's a question of how much you want the other 2 attachments to decide if it's worth the extra cost.
Hello. May I ask if the leg curl and hammer arms are compatible with the V1 version of the G3? Maybe you answered this somewhere before. I apologize if I missed this info. I suffer from an eye disease that makes reading harder for me at times. Thank you.
Hi Sorry, to hear about the eye issue. Yes, the leg curl/extension will work with the V1 version of the G3. I did talk about the compatibility at the bottom part of this section of my G3 review: www.kingofthegym.com/force-usa-monster-g3-review/#Update_6_Optional_Upgrade_Kits_NewMore_Attachments
Thank you for the reply and consideration. Can I ask one more question? Is there a design elsewhere in the marketplace for Jammer Arms that fit both the 2" hole and 1" hole spacing? Much appreciated King of the Gym. 👍
@@AnomalyZero There is not, especially since the upright size is non-standard. You'd have to go to a custom fabriactor like Savage Strength to get something custom built: instagram.com/savagestrengthglobal/
Thank you. I was looking to see if there was a possibility in the first place; even if it would mean involving a custom design. Kudos for the recommendation. Enjoy your day.
Thanks. Yes, it is compatible with the G3 (both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 G3 versions). Check out this photo of it mounted on the G3: www.kingofthegym.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Force-USA-G3-Leg-Extension-and-Leg-Curl-Attachment.jpg Currently, you can buy this attachment individually here: www.kingofthegym.com/recommends/g-series-leg-curl-extension-attachment (note that the compatibility chart doesn't list the G3, BUT I have double-checked with the product manager at Force USA and he confirmed it is compatible -- and you can obviously see it's compatible based on the phot0 above). You can also get this attachment as part of the G20 upgrade kit: www.kingofthegym.com/recommends/g20-upgrade-kit Yes, the kit linked above says it's for the G20, but it also works on the G3 -- it also includes jammer arms and a dip attachment; just note that if you have the Gen 1 G3, the jammer arms will only work on the 1" hole spacing portion of the rack; not the 2" spacing; if you have the Gen 2 G3, then the jammers work on the entire rack).
It works the same as this one, except that there's an adapter peg that makes it fit in the larger 1" holes on the G6 (or G9 or G12). As far as attaching goes, there's a peg that inserts through the upright hole, then there's a bracket on the top and bottom that secure it in place, on both the left and right. You're right that the compatibility chart on the page for the individual leg developer attachment doesn't show on the page, but I believe that's just an error on their part. If you go to the page for compatible G6 attachments, you'll see the leg developer is listed. See here: bit.ly/3NODCYo
That would be cool, but wouldn't work with this setup/design because the pulley necessarily can't be positioned below the leg developer attachment, where it would need to be in order to properly connect for loading.
Yes, you can! I talk about it in my review here: www.kingofthegym.com/force-usa-g20-review/#Leg_CurlExtension_Optional Just note you can only load so much weight. But the movement itself is indeed possible.

I wish you had shown is the trick of how to put it on the rack. I figured it out.

Is it possible to do lying leg curls with this attachment?
thanks for the content ! will it work on the G9 as well?
Yes, it will. I double checked their compatibility chart to confirm. You can see it as a compatible attachment for the G9 here: bit.ly/3TKcKNI

This is perfect. I need a G15 for my basement.
Be sure to check out my detailed G15 review before you buy: www.kingofthegym.com/force-usa-g15-review/
Would be better if it could be connected to the cables, instead of having to load plates. Or in addition to being able to load plates
That would be cool, but wouldn't work with this setup/design because the pulley necessarily can't be positioned below the leg developer attachment, where it would need to be in order to properly connect for loading.
Would this fit on the MyRack
No, the MyRack has bigger uprights (2.4" x 2.4") than the G-Series units (2"x2")
Could you use this for hip thrusts?
Yes, you can! I talk about it in my review here: www.kingofthegym.com/force-usa-g20-review/#Leg_CurlExtension_Optional
Just note you can only load so much weight. But the movement itself is indeed possible.
could you tell me the dimensions please
