    When this song came on in Dallas, on Miku's birthday, the crowd went nuts. One of the highlights for the show for sure!

    For the Acoustic concert last year, you must have to watch the live video, to feel the vibe. Won’t get wrong with it.😅

    Vladimir chupins's live video are always high quality. His recording of From Now On at the same concert focused on Kanami is worth seeing.

    I was at that concert in Boston over by MISA, very small venue, which was great in my opinion. I like Vladimir's videos on this concert as It's from the other side of the stage, so get a slightly different view.

    I hadn't seen that live video and I'm impressed. People talk a lot about how much Miku has improved as a guitarist over the years, but this performance shows the same is true of her lead-vocals. There are some old fan-cams of Rock in Me around where Miku sounded great, but her voice wavered at times putting that much energy in. Here she just nails it.

    • @stevehall5128
      @stevehall5128 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It seemed to me that she was singing from the diaphragm on this tour a lot more than in the past, which kept her pitch from wavering.

    Still my favorite Miku song, it's just so much fun.
    And the energy this tiny woman spreads to the world in a live performance is simply unmatched by anything 🤘🏻🙂

    Hey beautiful! Watching Miku being a rockstar is glorious! Another banger next "Clang"! Want to see MISA tapping on bass? Here is "Clang" live in Bochum Belgium in 2019. Another video shot by the legend that is Vladimir Chupin!

    Also, the little lad who Miku patted on the head also got a pat of Kanami and she gave him her pick . Then Akane came over and gave him a drumstick. Lucky lad!

    “Rock in Me” is a cool, rocking song. To give Saiki a break, it becomes Miku’s magic time where she fearlessly interacts with the audience in a humorous entertaining manner, which is a Miku overdose of cuteness and her huge personality. Miku has a wonderful voice that has such an appealing, soothing quality. I cringe when I hear her described as a backing vocalist, no she’s a co-singer. As for reviewing live versions, the official versions are much better quality. The 2018 Zepp fest concert has some great recordings of World Domination songs. Anyway, good review.

    I always think Miku can just sing a simple song or phrase and it just provides emotion, be it happy, sad, angry or whatever. Her live is great and the crowd have now made it a favourite when they can all safely join in. Rock in Me is a celebration in song. A few of the Acoustic live concert were on the official Band Maid TH-cam channel. Not sure if they are still there. If not then I would love just hearing the songs. I got into Band Maid years ago hearing them before seeing any music videos or TH-cam pictures. Happy also just to hear the acoustic versions as a stand alone. But I know some would be equally happy having the contrast and compare. Decisions, decisions.

    While they deserve it, many fans think that after their recent tour, they'll move into larger less intimate venues.

      Well, Shonen Knife has been performing to small (and large) venues worldwide for over 40 years, so I don't think BAND-MAID will change much, even when they do hit the big venues.

    From the US tour. Unfortunately they don't often do this live. Yes, Miku injected pop/punk rock.
