I really enjoyed the tutorial. Thank you for your patient, clear instructions and the time taken to film. I was thrilled with the result. Thank you for bringing joy 🙂
Honestly I cannot understand how anyone disliked you tutorial!! Thank you so much for your amazing teaching skills! You really helped me understand how to make tons of different style beanies!!
I enjoyed your tut, and making this hat! Trying to get a jump on crocheting new hats for the men in the family. This simple and very quick pattern fit the bill! Thank you!
I love your videos ❤️ I just finished your men's herringbone beanie, it is so dense and I just know that when my son finishes up his military training and goes to Alaska for his first station, that he will love this hat 😊 Thank you for sharing your talent
I hope he loves it. What branch is he in? My son is in the Marines and it’s been a roller coaster of the year as far as emotions go. You doing OK mama? Because I know it’s hard! :)
@@OmiCrochet He loved his hat and I winged a cowl to match too❤️ He is in the Army....his training is still on going...He has had to change his specialty already and is now finished with cook training and in a few weeks going to do his jump school
I love this pattern. You are so easy to follow. I love making this hat. I want to ask you about the crochet hook you are using. I have one like that one but do not know where i can get more like it in different size hooks. If you could tell me the brand and where i could get them I would greatly appreciate it?
Thanks for the beanie hat tutorial. I like this design. Only problem hat came a little smaller then what I expected. I wonder if I should have used a bigger crochet hook. But all in all it is a cute hat
I love this beanie. I could understand your tutorial . After, many times trying to do the magic circle. I just couldn’t make it 😢. Do you have any suggestions. Thank you
I like this pattern, it's different from others. How would you go about making more increase rows to make the top of the beanie bigger? Thank for sharing!!!
Hellooo, i loved this tutorial so easy to follow but the finished product was too small for a bigger head.. how do u recommend getting to 24inch or more with this pattern?
Thank you for sharing your talent!! Could you advise as to what to if I’m not changing color? I figured I could figure it out, but for whatever reason, It’s not clicking. Could I just alternate between singles and doubles for all 20some rows? All in one color?
@@SafeTrax1 I’m so sorry if I’ve ever missed one of your comments. It is not my intention to ignore anyone. Please reach out again if needed. Thanks for watching! :)
Yes, just keep alternating the double and single crochet rows and I believe it should work out OK. I apologize for the late response. Thanks for watching! :)
So I reached out to TH-cam support to see if I could boost the volume over here on my end. The response was… “At the moment we don’t have the option to increase the volume of your uploaded videos.” However, I did go into the setting and added subtitles. I hope that helps. In the future I will be sure to crank up the audio when I’m editing my videos. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching. :)
Yes. That would work. Stop increasing when you get to 60. If it needs to be bigger than 60 but smaller than 65 then… Round 6: add one increase (anywhere) for a stitch count of 61 Or… Round 6: in the first 29 stitches 1 sc, 2 sc in the 30th stitch. Repeat twice. Stitch count of 62 Or… Round 6: in the first 19 stitches 1 sc, 2 sc in the 20th stitch. Repeat 3x. Stitch count of 63 Or…(haha!) Round 6: in the first 14 stitches 1 sc, 2 sc in the 15th stitch. Repeat 4x. Stitch count of 64 I hope that helps! :)

Thank you for taking the time to clearly explain the color change sequence and how to switch colors.🌷
It really helps when the stitch count is given after each round to keep someone like myself on track...thank you.

I appreciate the way you show and explain each stitch and row. Love this pattern.

hey, i know your comment is a few months old, but are you able to tell me how many grams or yards of yarn it took to make the hat?

The one and only hat tut that made sense to me. Thanks so much! Would love to see more tutorials from you.
The background of your doily is beautiful!
Thank you! It is one of the first rugs that I made! :)
Do you have a pattern for a man’s hat with ear flaps?
Thank you for your tutorial, it was very easy to follow. Many blessings

Again, easy to follow. Thank you. 😊

You are awesome thank you for the tutorial
Loved the tutorial but I could barely hear u I was glad I had CC
I am trying to figure out a way to adjust that on my end. I’m glad you enjoyed the tutorial. Thanks for watching! :)

Very nice hat and tutorial…thank you 🤓
I love the tutorial. These hats are so cute. I made the adult size one and it was too big. Do you think I could just take out a row of increase?
Yes. That would work. Stop increasing when you get to 60. If it needs to be bigger than 60 but smaller than 65 then…
Round 6: add one increase (anywhere) for a stitch count of 61

I love that crochet hook...is there a set like that?
I love those hooks too! They are from hobby lobby and they are sold individually. 4.5mm up to 15mm I believe. Reasonably priced as well! :)
Every time I see this model, I think how much he looks like actor Aaron Eckhart. 👀
Totally agree! Hubba hubba! Haha!
@@OmiCrochet lol
mine looks more like a basket, i'm confused where i went wrong
How many yards of yarn was used to make this hat?
I don’t know…I will try to remember to put that info in future videos. Thanks for watching! :)
Is there a written pattern for this?
But I loved the video. I learned how to change colors without having those messy knots
Any chance there is a written pattern you have for this beanie?
Not at this time. I am hoping that after the holidays I am able to get my some of my patterns written up. Thanks for watching! :)
Awesome I really enjoy these
Is the pattern available yet? THX
This the 2nd one of your tutorials that I tried to watch but the volume was too low on my tablet. Will have to try again later on my laptop. Oh well.

Try headphones or an external speaker. I didn't have a problem hearing it
It's wonderful but after following this video step by step,my beanie turned out to be too small for a man. It looks like that made for a kid.
What type of needles do you use?
They are my favorite hooks! I get them from hobby lobby :)

This pattern seems small for a man's head, is this a child's hat size?
It fits my husbands head, 22.5 inches.
🙂🙂🙂
I think I did something wrong. My beanie came out as a baby's beanie
Oh know! I’m sorry! If you’re up for trying it again, feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thanks for watching! :)
Cant hear you!
Self reminder: 3:55 need 24 stitches
Can't hear you
Hat was way too big
Can't hear your voice too good.
Ok...
I think I'll hold to your video have problems with the circle
You can always start out by chaining 4, slip stitch into the first chain to form a ring, and work your stitches in the ring! :)
I find your tutorials hard to hear even with volume all the way up
I will try and figure out if there is a way to adjust it on my end. Thanks for the feedback. :)
