I made this for my son. I don’t know how big other peoples heads are, but if fit on my head and My Son’s head perfectly and he’s in his 30s. Thank you for the share.

I’m not sure what I did wrong. I followed along with the video and made sure to count and the hat was too small for my 8 year old son.

I loved the pattern but not sure how much does one skein measure ( in terms of meters )so how much would I need? Can I use just one colour? Would I still have to keep clipping and rejoining?

I really enjoyed crocheting this beanie I made 3 with more to come for my adult grand kids and son in love.

I love this hat. I have made 6 of these including one for my Grandson. For my Grandson's hat, i just started with 9 herringbone stitches instead of 11.

I just crocheted this hat. It’s way too small for my husband’s head and tight on my head. Next time I make it, I will be increasing for a few more rows not just increasing to the 6th row.

How many inches is this?

How do you determine the size? I noticed in the comments that some were too small for them. How do you go about this in adjusting to a bigger or smaller head? Cause no head is the same.

I made this my joining was very neat for the first time, there is a stitch I use to leave out the last one before the joining, thanks appreciate this partten, going and try another of your hat

I had so much fun learning this pattern. Mine came out small but I think the yarn I chose was a tighter blend and I tend to make tighter stitches, I'm going to try again and see if I can find the yarn you used. Are you able to post the written round instructions? Sometimes that's easier than stopping and starting video. I agree, you're a great teacher though, cery easy to follow. Thank you!

I think it depends on the ply. I used 8ply and they are very small. But the other pattern I used 10ply and they were bigger

I went wrong somewhere and my two sides were not equal in width or length! Lol. I just added to the length and hung it anyways. You can't really tell because you can't see both sides at the same time!
