I'm glad I wasn't the only one who was frustratingly, hair-pullingly stumped by the "right words" issue with the trap door in 'Wychwood'! I played most of the Larsoft games back in the day (loved 'The Puppet Man'), and in recent years came to play the few titles I hadn't previously. Early on I was seriously loving this game... until that accursed trap door problem! (The lack of exits displayed is also annoying, but workable).
@ultraborb I've never seen the BBC version of SWOOP. Perhaps it's in Mode 2 - that particular Mode ran about 300% faster on the BBC than it did on the Electron.
Re: Wychwood, I'd be immediately put off by the 'first person' descriptions. As a kid, I played all of the Level 9 classics, and only felt immersed in the game if it was telling me "You are standing on...". Now 30 years on, I see Wychwood saying "I am standing on..." and I still find myself cringing :-)
Swoop now there is a game i had totally forgot about. Such a joy these vids as always!!
please don't ever stop making these vids!

Worth mentioning that Rockfall also comes with a level editor!

@TheEPROM9 You use URUSoft's wonderful Subtitle Workshop to program them. Then you upload them to your TH-cam vids. Easy as pie!

You're just gonna have to remix them
