Why is it the 1100s and 1400s I play are so much better than when I'm watching games like this. These moves were out of this world.
Well usually the 1100s and 1400s you play haven't drunk a shit ton of alcohol before they play you
Because they were drunk xd
1400s get manhandled by gms because they play the best move every time. the compounding effect of this quickly results in them having terrible positions whereas vs other lower rated opponents they will find bad moves and the resulting position is more of a toss up.

Its also way more stressful to play on stream than it is just playing a random game. Makes you blunder a whole lot more. I'm 1400 and I hung my queen in both of my games on stream..

In your last example there are actually four blunders in a row: Black blunders the rook, then White refuses to take the rook AND gives mate in one (Qg2#), Black blunders mate AND gives a free rook (Qxa8+) and White misses this. The most insane series of blunders I've ever seen. It's almost a work of art at this level.
