The giant at the top of the tower won’t shoot at you anymore, just the people around you. This will come in handy in one place later in the game. Also background music goes hard. Such a vibe
I'm at the beginning of the video so you might have already found it, but once you do a thing and get a kiln, you can transpose boss items. Each boss has two items. One of the options from Vordt's soul is a ring that makes it so you heal a little as you attack, and another boss weapon you'll see is a spear that heals you on killing an enemy. If you want a rally-like system, those are about as close as you can get. Unfortunately, the spear is kinda ass, and the ring is fine, but for a pure strength build the other item you could use Vordt's soul for is shockingly strong - strong enough that the first time I used it, after having completed several runs where I picked the ring, I had a moment of "I don't remember DS3 being this easy"
Loving the videos man!!! You missed an area you can get to by dropping off the elevator heading up to the giant if you wanna check it out. Can’t wait for the next video.
congrats on over 1k subs. you deserve every single one of them. the bloodborne mechanic has overtaken you when at 4:06 when you try to heal back by being aggressive.
Now that you're friends with the giant, you should go check out what items you missed where he was firing arrows. Also you can use your estus shards at andre
If I remember correctly the first one is in the area just before giant tree boss, in the area where the giant throws the arrows at you, you have to jump across to a platform
There's a ring you can get after defeating Vordt Of The Boreal Valley which allows you to regain health by attacking enemies, similar to the rallying mechanic in Bloodborne. If you want to look up how to get it its fairly simple. It's called 'Pontiffs Left Eye'. Note: Its uses the soul of Vordt Of The Boreal Valley so you can't get it if you used it for souls
Make sure to revisit Corbin (or whatever his name is) in fire link after you killed the tree. And take a look at that Great Club the guy in the swamp near the crabs had. Great early game strength weps to be had.
@ bruv dark souls 3 has some insane wep variety. The axe is fine, but there are weps with more fun move-sets. If you level str/ dex more or less the same (quality build it’s called) you will be able to try most wep types. Personally I like great swords the best, and ultra great swords, but even full str build gives you a lot of fun options. Once you deafest The Abyss Watchers, try out one of their swords (by converting their soul in fire link with the little guy). You can only pick one, but they each have super cool wep arts. Have fun! PS there’s optional and completely missable level areas in this game just like in Bloodborne (castle cainhurst). One is found from the catacombs and one is found from irythill dungeon. Won’t spoil the specifics, but would hate for you to miss them. Good luck!
honestly out of all the souls games ive played ds3 was quite fun id say its a good starter souls game the graphics arent to far behind to be unbearable and its relatively easy only thing tht i hated were the transitions but it builds character

He still manages to hit me almost every single time lol

I got vordts ring the other day, it's super cool
Irithyll Straight Sword is one of the best weapons in the game, I used it for almost all my playthrough, even the dlcs
I might have try it out soon, although there’s a lot of cool weapons on this game

U are the reason I love listening to the npcs more than I usually do cause it just adds soo much more to the game
the little side quests are usually my favourite part of these fromsoft games lol

That clutch from crystal sage at the end was insane :D
I can’t even be mad at it lol
Bro stood on business
Bonfire level is when you burn undead bone shards, which make your flask stronger
I see

I love this game, im glad you get to experience it! Also no spoiler but you may have missed an NPC near the gate with all the dogs.
I talk to him in the next episode dw 🙏🏽
i love how cheery the music was at the beginning especially while you were massacring those npcs.
casually slaying civilians is always a good time

I figured this out a couple days ago
it’s a pretty cool ring and I bought it the second I saw it lol

I've mainly just been levelling the axe but i should probably look into some other weapons soon

Underrated 🙏
You should do siegward's quest (the round armor guy at the elevator) it's very epic
Next episode bro trust 🙏🙏
Man, finally dark souls 3🙏🙏
honestly out of all the souls games ive played ds3 was quite fun id say its a good starter souls game the graphics arent to far behind to be unbearable and its relatively easy only thing tht i hated were the transitions but it builds character
Yes I heard the earlier souls games are kinda tough which is why I chose to start with ds3
I wasn’t ready for the character development 🤣
Have you played ori by chance because you play music from it
nah I've never played it, I just love the soundtrack
I think the starting of this game is pretty weak compared to other games but it keeps getting a lot better now
idk man I don't think it's been too bad
