A refurbished is a good option but also if you go on apples educational website you can get the iPad Pro for 50$ off and they throw in free AirPods too! You can choose to then pay the difference to upgrade to the pros (I think it’s like $90 more)

I got a 256gb applecare+ 2018 model on ebay for £600, and it works perfectly so definitely have a look at refurbished or second hand on ebay if you wanna save some money, as the 2020 model is essentially £300 extra for another camera. But as always, if you do want a brand new one thats cool too
Great recommendations but I gotta disagree with you on the Magic Keyboard cover. I’ve had it for just about 2 months now and it works well enough. The trackpad and typing experience ergonomically speaking is excellent. However, I have noticed when I’m multitasking that the keys will not type. This occurs when I’m using picture in picture and one or two apps with split view or slide over. For it’s price this should not be happening and should work no matter what I do. I wanna make sure your viewers don’t throw away their money on an overpriced keyboard that may not work.
@Patrick Rambles I bought MX Master 3 and I will return it since the scroll wheel (the one between the left and right buttons) is either soooo slipery (when the tiny button under the scroll wheel is pressed) or it is buggy if the button below the scroll wheel is not pressed. For instance, if I want to rapid scroll (and theat button is not pressed) the wheel is kinda going inside the mouse, blocking me to scroll fast. Can you please tell me if this issue (in my case IT IS an issue) is present on your MX Anywhere 2S? Also, is the MX Anywhere 2S bluetooth? Thank you so much!

I have a really important question about your SSD drives. Every time i export files (RAW or editet TIF in 16bit), more than 25% are getting destroyed during the process. Mostly they have horizontal stripes in it. I had a Samsung T5 for one week and here it were over 90% of the pictures. SanDisk Extreme works a bit better. It is no usb c port problem because my ipad was changed 3 times and it happens with all pictures and all extern devices during export. Am i the only one? I wish so hard i could use my iPad as i expected to.

yes, definitely get a hub. i like that the mouse is Bluetooth, but you can win with the much cheaper mouse using a dongle just accept the need for the hub

+1 for the mouse investment. Not for my Ipad, but when I first got in to PC gaming 8 years ago I decided to buy a Logitech G700 mouse for £70. At 15 years old, £70 is a hell of a lot of money, but I figured I'd have it for a few years and it was a good mouse, so why not. Anyway, here I am. I'm 23, I'm still using that same mouse every single day. It's without a doubt, the best £70 I've ever spent. 8 years of heavy daily use. It just takes a rechargeable AA battery, so when the battery stops holding charge for as long, you just put in a new rechargeable battery. When the charging cable is in, it looks and functions like a wired mouse, but it's wireless any time you want it to be. I'm having a day of mourning if this mouse ever gives up.

May I ask if the Logitech MX Master 3 Mouse which I have just bought should have a perfect action scrolling up and down a web page on an 11" iPad Pro 2018 with the latest Apple software 15.4.1. I find it does not scroll very fluidly and not that precisely, especially when scrolling up a page. I also find that it's not as good at scrolling as the inexpensive Logitech M185 mouse when using a Windows computer. I'm using the MX Master 3 connected with Bluetooth whereas the cheap MX185 is connected with the USB Dongle. Would an Apple Magic Mouse 2 scroll better on an iPad Pro? Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your reply.
Paperlike is the most over-hyped purchase ever. The only place where this belongs is in the garbage can ! Even after 2 attempts with all precautions, no decent fit on my ipad. This is number 1 over-hyped item of 2020.

I’m thinking about buying the iPad pro to downsize my 17 inch laptop for a more portable device. How does microsoft word work on the iPad pro, I transfer my college notes to microsoft word and I use it to annotate lecture/textbook coursework .
I upgraded from a giant basic HP to the 11-inch. Sometimes the layout doesn’t look exactly right (like spacing and margins) but when I pull it up in a different view or my laptop it looks fine. Honestly, I thought about just using OneNote for school but ended up buying GoodNotes because I preferred the layout but I’d recommend watching some review videos on specific apps, there’s plenty that go through the capabilities. Dual screen with Word and GoodNotes works well too, I really love the portability and the variety of things I can do with it

The side buttons position looks better on the MX3 but think I could live with the MX2. I've had the Logitech K520 keyboard/mouse for a few years now and the right click on the mouse isn't working at times so need a new one. The MX being both bluetooth and wireless sounds good and not needing batteries is cool as well!
Apple is currently having an education deal with MacBooks and iPads. A purchase of an iPad (I think air or higher) or MacBook includes free AirPods. (You can upgrade to the AirPods Pro for 90 more dollars).
Just to mention the horizontal scrolling on that MX mouse is not the same as the scrolling with the Magic Mouse 2. In Zoom for example, you can’t scroll through panels properly with the MX. It’s only a small thing, but it’s amazingly frustrating if you use Zoom regularly.

You should check up the apple refurbished ones. You’ll get it for under 600 dollars. It’s the 2018 version, but it is basically the same.

I use Logitech keyboard for my iPad Pro 10.5
I prefer the Sandisk IXpand, it’s smaller than the Samsung’s and works better for me.

Hey TED! Kinda random question but for photo storage would you recommend the Samsung T5 SSD or the LaCie Rugged HDD.

Hi, I use the Master Mx S3 Mouse, but when I use it the screen keyboard is disabled, this issue is documented at Logitech. The only way to use it is with an external keyboard. Has been solved?
