This is honestly one of the best real estate videos of a residential home that I have ever seen. I've been doing RE photo+video for nearly 6 years and have done 100's if not 1000's of homes. Stellar job. Only thing I would've done differently is shoot some of the home night shots slightly earlier. Seemed a little dark. And drone shot was pretty noisy. Otherwise, amazing stuff! Loved the day to night transition
Hey Eric how are you ? Was wondering how you managed to shoot at the same position for the day and night shots..Have you got a secondary screens which enables you to overlay the previous one ? Thanks !

I have been thinking of getting into real estate video, but after seeing this, forget it. I don’t think I could even come close to matching this. I guess I bought all those lenses for nothing.
Use autofocus to set the focus, then switch to manual focus before starting the shot. Auto focus is terrible to have when shooting Real estate videos when trying to walk through a doorway or when lots of things can be focused on at varying distances
I now use a Laowa 12mm for my wide shots and details I use tracking focusing which helps a ton to keep a piece in focus. A lot of the times I'll do the shot in reverse to keep the focus.

Thank you! Luma fade from day to night. I replicate the same two shots and blend them together in post so they're as close as possible.

Thank you! I used auto focus for this one... but it all depends on the home and the amount of light pouring into it.
