    Hey man just wanted to say thanks. I’m in the process of transitioning from the coast guard right now and I’ve been watching your TikTok’s for a while. Decided to buy the supplies to clean my own roof and if the business didn’t work out at least I could do it for my own house. Ended up starting Facebook ads 2 days ago from pictures of my own roof, spent $32 on ads and got 3 leads so far got jobs on two of them. Going to continue to scale and buy more supplies as I get more jobs

      Congratulations, is there a way we can talk. I have been running ads for 5 days and I have gotten zero leads. I just wanted to talk so I can see your creative and ad copy. Is this okay with you

      Congrats dude, running ads can be real hit or miss. Fellow contractor friend of mine spends about $1k a month on them and his returns don’t sound near as good as yours. Sounds like you found something that works, stick to it dude!

      hi Nick i have been running the messenger for a while now and have managed to get a paying customer from the ads but i have started to see that a lot of conversation started are usually by people who might have accidentally clicked on the ad so my question is there a certain way method you use in your conversation to solve this issue that you are willing to share for a 19 year old to get better at this

    Hey spencer, I've been doing my own facebook marketing and starting to get better cpm and a good amount of leads. However, I have only closed 2/15 leads. can you do a video where you show us a few message threads that you've closed and help us to get better close rates with our leads?

    • @alexidornigie4599
      @alexidornigie4599 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Learn how to sell. Being able to generate leads is the baby aspect of what you are trying to achieve. What matters most is how you sell to the leads when you jump on a phone conversation with them.

      @@tewodrostesfaye7830 I haven't been successful much turning convos into customers. However, the service I offer is garage upgrades. So more a luxury service that not everyone can afford. But I used questions that made the customer think; (1) Please check if I am in your service area, (2) I would like to book an appointment, (3) I have a question about your service.

    • @christopherazorbli
      @christopherazorbli 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tewodrostesfaye7830 I create an automated message that's shares my offer with them and ask them to give me there address and phone number.
      Then I call them to pre-qualified them before I give out the quotes.

    Hello Spencer, have been watching you for a while now. Thank you for all the free information, I just wanted to say, do you think Facebooks new updates on their system is slowing how often you get leads or making your campaign not perform as well as 6months ago. I am only asking because I know people have been complaining that they have not been getting leads do to the update.

    Looking at ad spend versus gross revenue is dumb! You need to look at ad spend as a percentage of Net Operating Income. Most service companies have 10-40% gross income. How can you say spending 1 dollar to get 2 dollars is a good offer? That’s 50% going straight to ads, with material and labor what’s going to be the profit there!? 😅
