Thanks Ben! I'm used to Facebook engagements ads but new to leads. Got my first lead an hour ago with those Facebook forms. Way cheaper than attending a trade show to get leads, that's for sure... Thanks again!
Interesting! Glad Facebook added this feature, all these years we'd only 2 options for lead form more volume & higher intent. Thanks for making this video Ben, Helped. But, I see the time it takes for us to create this rich media form is the same time a user needs to fill in all the details or read all these details before filling the form.
Haven't used this but I'd assume it will increase friction to the process and i also think giving too much info might kill the curiousity of the prospects and they might not leave their contact details. I think the focus should be on the quality of the ad so they are hooked and curious just enough to leave their details to know more. Once you have their number, all you need to do is call them 8 times over 3 months until they either buy from you or block you.
So basically, Facebook is letting us add more selling points to the lead form (beyond just the form itself), just like we would have on our own landing page
Great video as always, Ben. Thank you for keeping us up to date! I would love to test this feature, however, it is not available in most of our ad accounts. Do you know of a way to "unlock" the Rich Creative form type?
Great information! Really appreciate you making this video. Is there a way to narrow down the audience, so you are reaching people that are in the market for your business? For instance, is there a way to use some key words that people would likely be searching for, that would pertain to your business. Also what about targeting specific zip codes or radius from your office? Any help is appreciated.

Tried lead forms once and realized it was another FB track. Where we need traffic is on our site. It's easier to get people to sign up on lead forms, but it;'s junk traffic that never dopes anything. If it's not sending people to my site, it's not really a lead.
Thanks so much for all your great content Ben it's incredibly helpful. Would you recommend running these lead ads to generate intro meetings to cold audiences if I'm selling a high ticket service (web design)?. Or would you suggest first running one of your omnipresent campaigns to first warm up the audience before I run one of these lead ads as part of a retargeting campaign?
Thanks a lot :) For something like that I would be running omnipresent content first. For other types of services though, you could go direct with this set up.
Thanks@@BenHeath I appreciate the reply. I tried running an omnipresent campaign like yours, but a little different (as I found your content post running my own) and found i had issues with the reach and its frequency was getting well above 3 (in only 3 days of running), so i had to turn it off. I'll run one like yours soon once Ive got the budget again to warm them up, thank you.
Ben! I have a question. In a previous Q&A video you said that the step of the funnel doesn't matter when choosing the campaign objective. So let's say I'm selling a product and my marketing strategy consists of 3 different campaigns (top funnel, mid, end). I want to warm up my audience. I will create these 3 campaigns all with the same "conversion - purchase" objective?
Yes with all the same conversion objective but top of the funnel describe Cold Audience, mid and bottom of the funnel for warm audience using for retargeting
@BenHeath I setup a leads campaign per your recommendation. FB reports 1 website lead but our CRM does reflect the same. The tracking pixel is correct and shows views and leads. We have a landing page with a form above the fold. How can I fix the issue?
Does this allow customers to enter their contact info to get them into our data bases? Im a small business owner in the health and beauty spa industry and looking for a great way to gain more contacts, and of course send them emails with promotions.
Thanks Ben, your videos are really informative and well presented. How do FB charge for lead forms? Is it each time your form is displayed, per initial user click (even if the process & form sumbission isn't completed by the user) or per form submission?
how does these instant form option convert compared to the old instant forms? Since fancy isn't always better to get leads. Would you reccomend using these as a default or is there no real benefit right now?
First of all most, very good video Ben! I have a question. I have a online fitness coach, where am running ads. Do you think, it will be relevant for him aswell and will it work do you think
