Hey is there a rubber o ring seal behind the spring and idle screw? My kit came with a small o ring but I cannot find where it goes and also don’t remember it coming out of anywhere
@@rmisa14 I changed the main jet from a 460 to a 440 because the outside temperature was higher. The fuel needs oxygen to be able to ignite, with a higher outside temperature the air contains less oxygen. That’s why I put a smaller main jet of 440 in there, otherwise with the 460 not all the fuel will ignite. So you basically change it to keep the optimal ratio of fuel and oxygen. To keep the engine running optimal. At 10:33 I put a official Ktm table of my bike in which you can see that as well 😉. I usually buy some jets and needles at a ktm dealership. And the mechanics usually can give you some advice of which setting works the best with your bike and the area your riding in. Hope this helps! 😉
That’s hot 🥵 does it get colder in the winter? Here in the Netherlands the temperature difference between summer and winter is large enough to switch jets. During the winter I use 460 and summer 440. I change it when the temperature starts to change significantly.

Well nice to know I live in Phoenix Az where the temperature hits 120 each summer so I think I’m going with that option
