    Give us some vids of you ruling off mate and spatting please if you can. Great videos by the way, learning a lot from watching.

    Random question but do you get much splash back onto the scaffold? Can imagine the scaffs throwing a wobbly if so

    Quality pal hope u well.
    My favourite kzp I treat it like mono me pal I Barr next day. Then little tickle with scratcher or plain.
    It's open texture doing this way.
    Only downside this way is u use alot more primer..
    But slow setter awesome I love it

    Hi mate
    Just a quick question
    How long after flattening this gable were you able to bar it and finish

    Joel can/do you use this machine with finishing plaster indoors? Instead of skimming..

    • @Rendervate

      hey man no this can't be used for skimming but it can for the hardwall backing mate.

    Great vid what thickness beads do you normally use 10mm or 15mm for you thin coat

    • @Rendervate
      @Rendervate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it depends what we are going over pal, on a re-render the beads never sit flush so its 10mm knowing its probably of around 15mm in most places sometimes more. on a new project 15mm beads becasue they go tighter if the brickies good haha, but 10mm is ok for thincoat too.

    Hope you don't mind me asking what stator and rotor are you running and whats your water set too?
    Nathan

    • @Rendervate
      @Rendervate  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      heu man no problem. the rotar is a standard one that is used most commonly on these machines its a d - 6-3 (orange) and the water setting changes from material to machines we use, but i go for as wet as i can with out it falling of the wall. this water is at 750 on our flow tube. hope that helps

    I’ve started putting stops up against the frame Joel and won’t look back! So much easier for the reveals! Might be worth a try mate! A few quid extra pr house but makes em piece of piss!👊

      ive got something for you brother!
      stop beads are class idea on reveals... but there is a bead i have been using and its got a rubber seal that finishes upto the frame! brother its a game changer! check them out here www.rendit.co.uk/renderplas-6mm-frameseal-apu-bead-26m

      @@Rendervate was only a matter of time before something like this come out tbf ! I’ve always hated reveals and Now everyone and their mother seems to have their windows sprayed instead of replacing it’s kinda necessary as I’ve scratched a few by pulling the corner of my trowel or scratcher up em🙈😩 . I’m tight as fuck so I’ll stick to a 10mm instead! Lol👊

      I used frameseal beads for years but the recently having issues with them separating from render have moved back to stop beads still use frameseals with the mesh attached but not without
