A great series, enjoyed it and had your awesome config running on a SBC lately. Btw, your install script for a X org setup works great. Went through it, made some minor modifications and it saved a ton of time. Keep on rocking, thanks a lot!
Signed in to comment, been following through FT/RSS. I really enjoy these glimpses into other window managers, very down to earth and demonstrative. Great stuff :)
i just finished my debian 12 setup! 250mb usage, openbox setup, all the essentials, 900dpkgs installed, openbox tint2 neofetch pywal firefox thanor etc all the essentials, planning on going full terminal sometime with openbox just because of such low ram usage and simplicity, but gonna keep firefox tho, thanks to your minimal guide!
I've transitioned from Fedora LXQt+ openbox to Debian Testing + LXQt + Labwc and it has been smooth.

Thanks Drew!
I wish some1 would continue openbox development
Another cool video! I am not sure I will want to deal with LUA. ;)
Me neither
XML is fine to me. I don't get the hate it receives.
It takes a bit for the eyes to adjust to the formatting if you aren't used to it, otherwise it's not "terrible".
I liked the video series, but again window managers are just not my thing. I prefer a traditional desktop and mouse use.
