I like the honesty in this video. He's an MPC user and none of that was edited out. That's what's up. Knuckleheads fight online about which is better. I'm a Maschine user, but they're both dope. The equipment is an extension of you! If you're dope you'll make bangin' joints on a desktop with your fingers!
April 2021 and I'm still bumping Diplomatic Immunity and I love Sanchez where that sample came from too. Diplomat Anthem is my favorite and then Built This City.
I like how they kept it real. He wasn't feelin' Maschine when he got it. I was the same way being a mpc head. I came back to it though and was able to really get creative with it (thanks to the countless instructional youtube videos out at the time). Dope video. Akai should take note and start doing videos like this instead of just having the artist sit there and talk about the product.
i used to have Maschine too, but i went back to my MPC2000XL & ASR10 i just like the warmth and punch of the old equipment, i know you can process your tracks to get the same effect in protools and stuff but i just like the old way better. I tried to the new way, but i rather the old!
This is one of the best out there, 4 real. Rsonist was honest, he didnt front & Shareef was cool about not making Rsonist commit to being down w/Maschine. I have th Maschine also since it first come out but the MP is what I love, what I know, and what I deal with. Maschine is about the closest thing to a MP, so Native is definitely making it happen. Yo, Dubspot..between what ur doing with Marley Marl, and not this - you got a fan for life in me! Been down wit ya'll since day one! Keep it up.
This Is My Favorite Hip-Hop Song - Dubspot - Dipset Anthem - The Diplomats Feat Cam'ron & Juelz Santana [Produced By The Platinum Heatmakerz Television] [Year: 2003] [Album: Cam'ron Presents... The Diplomats: Diplomatic Immunity]
A yo you killed it you combined a learning experience with producers in the game an promoted machine genius love the show keep it comin I have machine an still learned somthing thanks iam a fan
Sorry about that! I'm just learning to slice chop and sample. I enjoyed watching what you can do with just three samples of a song. Very dope! Thanks for sharing!
Rsonist is on a level with the greatest producers point blank period and dats my word Son and I've only been to NY once Dun but I mean this shit yo, word is bond kid!!! I'm reppin the 314 but "I really mean it" 🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯
if you export at 8 bit (low quality) the kick would sound more dirty or glitchy (best analogy i can think of is a cd is 16 bit a telephone is 8 bit :))
sure if you have the talent... but to be honest you're better off mastering in something other than maschines software as for me the effects tend to sound a little tinny/plastic. but for laying down ideas and getting the basics of your track, for me nothing touches maschine for ease of use and creative workflow. (I normally take my finished track into ableton to get a little more control over the final mix) but it's entirely possible to make a full track in maschine.
As a Diplomats fan and a heatmakerz fan this is the most exciting thing I have watched on youtube in months THANK YOU @DubSpot
