There's lasers that point straight up that are very helpful for things like this. You can use the laser to point at your mount with the ceiling tile off and then replace the tile and mark where the laser is hitting. After that, you drill a hole and you're basically done.
As in the ceiling tile? Well assuming you already have a drop ceiling, you just remove a panel to create the hole. You can remove a few panels to give you room to work while you mount the projector mount. Hope that helps.
