Those Yamahas are all like that. Pull the throttle lever all the way up and trip it all the way down so gas can go in the cylinders and that’ll help on cranking.
We get spoiled with those new 4 stroke outboards that start right up every time. But 1) always lower the motor to level position when starting 2) prime the fuel bulb until firm and 3) full choke (especially on a cold morning) then back off after some cranking. Looking good man! Oh, and check the leveling on the Ghost TM - usually when they don't lock is because they are installed with too much of an angle. Try leveling it out if possible!
Those motors use an electric choke built into the ignition switch. That lever on the control box was the fast idle lever. I agree tho full choke if possible and level out the motor. I still rock a late 80s Merc two stroke. Love it

Is the GPS antenna for your electronics is white when everything else is black or green maybe putting a simple wrap on it will help it blend in some but everything else is spectacular 🔥

I suggest a pool stick type wall mount for rod storage, you can strap em down too, but then while you are fishing, all your rods are grab and go, but secure.
What kinda trailer/tent setup is that? Would be great for hunts if use it for food and clothing. We have a what everyone calls a bugout truck has a built on camper bed would be prettt nice too have that off-road style tent setup.

I don’t run I rod strap, I have a 60 hp 17.5 ft tracker and around 18 rods. I have never had a rod fall out. Just put the butt of the rod on the deck on the passenger side

Everyone says 100+hp is required or you can't go on plane and whatnot... I'm wondering if that's true or if it's just because they like to go fast. I do less than 30miles per day when I go fishing so I don't need the speediest of boats either.

Quick fix for that board, tie it down with some boat anchor rope. I’ve used this trick in remote parts of Wisconsin.
