This is to hilarious! As an amputee this is so true! I lost my leg to cancer as well and humor can get you through so much. Thank you for your channel!
One night, I woke up and one of my arms was completely numb and limp. I couldn't move it or feel it, it was like it was dead. I could pick it up with my other hand and drop it, and it flop back down to my side.
But I could swear I was moving it around normally. Like... my body's arm was limp, but my soul's arm was still fine, or something like that.
And then I just moved my 'ghost' arm back into my 'physical' arm, and it just sort of... reconnected, and was totally back to normal again.
It was VERY different than just getting a normal numb leg or arm from sleeping on it wrong. When you get a regular numb leg or arm, it takes a while for the feeling to come back, and it doesn't have the same 'disconnected' feeling. This was different.
Has anyone else experienced something like this before?
William Bowles never had that happen, but that's really interesting. Maybe it was some weird form of sleep paralysis?
+TCIndiana Yeah, it sounds kind of like a partial version of what people describe astral projection to be like, which is often tied to sleep paralysis from what I understand.

Also, tax is included in prices so there is no need to try to calculate how much tax to pay. It's so much easier.

Yes! I tried to explain the feeling of having my leg go through the bed when I bend my legs at the knees. I'm missing my right leg below the knee.

Ok, this isn't comparable totally to a lost leg,... but ibjad to have all. It my front 5 bottoms teeth extracted due to an infection in my jaw that was TRYING to go for my brain. Anyways.... I get phantom teeth, trippy as shit..so I still get minor tooth aches, and at times it feels like I have all my teeth still and I find my self messing with my gums to let my brain know that there in fact, no teeth there lol. I'm sure a limb is prob far more ..um what's the word I'm looking for.. erg. Well tooth vs leg .. different levels I guess. Not enough coffee yet

Aw, crap. Josh had his leg amputated when he was 9 years old and he still has phantom limb? I had mine amputated six weeks ago and my phantom limb hurts a lot. I'd thought the pain would lessen over time, but this makes it sound like it won't. Anyway, another great video even if it is bad news for me!
Bill Fish put a mirror down by your good leg. Or stab your prosthetic. Form most it shows that your leg can't feel pain anymore so it helps more people. They even featured the technique In Grey's anatomy
