I tried CM with a pug after they buffed damage a bit and after a few pulls we switched to NM. You really need to have a good DPS players to do it to compensate if somebody goes down. My group was pretty flawless mechanic wise up to 25% but then somebody got downed and it was clear we wouldn't be able to beat enrage timer.
My exact toughts when I saw the green circles. Wouldn't mind a bit of punishment for overstacking greens, just to make the fight a bit more challenging.
ngl, hearing that the greens mechanic was broken motivated me more to do this :D Did it a few days ago and took around an hour with a random pug that had to relist on lfg a couple of times.
It's still gonna be hard to run this CM, as most ppl fail the most basic of mechanics, they leeched thru NM without realizing they did everything wrong.
I hope its a bug that gets fixed so that there is some punishment for failing greens. The fight is already a bit too easy, doesnt need bugs making it even easier. The greens "should" have 3 people in each, thats when they both have the "correct amount of people" visuals.

Mild advantage for either condi or ranged as you don't want to melee her in her spinny pool and you deal with a lot of mechanics involving spreading and kiting.
Do what I do, just make your own group in the dungeon finder, set it as training. Tell people to watch this video and come back and they will have the knowledge they need within a few minutes. You may wipe a few times, but you can get it done!
got it, took a few tries with half pug squad, I noticed the white orb special action lasts 15 secs, and the broken shield debuff on the boss is 20 secs, just wait for the broken shield debuff to be between 10-15 secs before picking up the white orb

There might also be a mechanic where each person that goes down state causes another champion the spawn

I think it is more just UI than broken. KO CM has greens that you can multistack no problem.

It's a dps race more than anything imo.
And when an ally inevitably gets converted, toss a ranged cc on them
