About the film [Episode 2 ]:
Divine unity finds its expression in the spatial and ornamental forms in Islamic architecture. These forms are essentially symbols. Because it has one core, there are always similarities in the architecture in different Islamic lands.
The content used in the architecture is the same, but the symbols vary from tradition to tradition and it finds different forms to express itself. These forms are shown in some of the finest examples of Ottoman mosques.
