The scope has a 2-year warranty and they will replace the batteries free if under warranty. Below is from OneLeaf on the cost to replace the batteries if out of warranty... "The price of each battery is 10 USD, so the total cost of replacing both batteries is 20 USD. The shipping cost is not included in this price, and it may vary depending on your location and the delivery method."

This was my second product sent to me to review. I received the AEA Challenger Pro Long Barrel from the Pellet Shop a couple months ago. I have two videos out on that rifle and two videos out on the NV400. I the NV400 so much that I'm going to purchase a second to put on another rifle. The record video is great my TH-cam videos. One more really positive note on the NV400... I just received word that the company is "currently developing ballistic calculations for the NV400". I assume that would be a firmware update. @@backyardairguns that's awesome. I just got my challenger pro lb in .30 but haven't had time to shoot it. I haven't seen any reviews for the .30 but I liked your reviews for the .357. I'm waiting on my berral band too. Got the new yakuzah moderator to go with it. Can't wait for this weekend.
The internal batteries can be replaced by OneLeaf for $10 each plus shipping. If the internal batteries die under 2 year warranty, OneLeaf will pay for replacement.

The 30 Cal rifles are typically a little more accurate that the 35 Cals. I have my eye on that rifle also. Let me know later how you like.
What's the customer service like ?
It's been great. If I have any issues or concerns about anything, I email jason@oneleaf.ai and he responds almost immediately.
You lot me and a sale at internal batteries that CANT BE REMOVED! They will fail@ everything fails at some point thrn what? Your dead in the water

And you can remove the top battery also ,so you can have backups
