Bruce said it was merely an internet rumor, however the sketch does resemble him a lot imo. So I wager it might be the storyboard artist drawing Beck like Bruce for fun.
Nice little fact is that Cliff Robertson's voice was briefly played in Into the Spider-Verse during a flashback sequence of Uncle Ben's death. It's his iconic quote of: "With great power comes great responsibility."
