_Moxie!!!_ (Humility + Action) He walked out and shook the MC's hand BEFORE the MC finished the full delivery of his anticipatory introduction. He didn't wait until the ultimate build-up of fanfare. With nonverbal communication he said to everyone in the room, "Hey I got this. No need to inflate me _tóo_ much (the humility part). I'm not going to rely on resting on my laurels here with you. I'm going to prove my worth to you with my ówn words and hands," (the action part). _Nice!!_ What a killer!!
This is really clever. It isn't about not knowing the trick, or even knowing where to look, it's about thinking you saw him do something he didn't, or looking for a move that is already made. That way you can tell the truth
I bought Free Fly from the Johnson Smith catalogue when I was about 10-years old. Imagine my disappointment when I realized that you had to practice and master the trick to fool anyone.
Maybe a heat thing ,or turning notes inside out ,either way all his stuff is great to watch , and with a skill level much higher than most, never been disappointed with this gent's ART !

5:53-5:57 He shows his right wrist and the inside of his right hand, but only shows his left elbow and never the inside of his left hand. He purposely positions his left hand in such a way that you can’t see what else he’s holding other than the green poker chip. That’s how you know he’s hiding the extra red poker chip in his left hand.
(spoiler) yeah i notice that, he have 2 red poker chips and he is good and hidding them even when he change them from hand to hand (5:28-5:36 you can see when he changes the left one to the right hand but never see the other chip by hidding it in the green chip) , but still thats a pretty good slight of hands (btw mark spoiler don't be a pooper by ruining the magic)
I think the real genius is how often he shows his empty hands. He's not even particularly good at holding the chips in clever ways. Basically if he's not showing you his palms there's an extra chip in there
Calling it simply ‘misdirection’ kind of lowers the status of what we are seeing which really is seeing the impossible made possible. It takes a lot to beat Penn and Teller twice!
Insanely good control though to move the cards in plain sight. Imagine how much practice in order to control and move the cards like that. Amazing Simon
Tht last trick with the cards I caught tht....the camera revealed and I have been practicing tht from a youtube channel.. .pretty neat tho!!! This guy is badass fucking fast and sweet!!!
there are 2 red poker chips :) secret revealed. Stop at exactly 6:00 (where you can see both red chips) and watch the trick again in 0.25x motion, and everything will make sense :)
Yup, I saw this comment on another video. Because of that I've known how the trick is done for awhile and yet, this is still one of my all time favorite magic tricks and I keep coming back to see it again and again. It's almost like protecting the secrets of magic only saves the lame tricks and a good trick is proven by how amazing it still is after the secret is revealed
if you have to watch it in slow-motion or a second time it is not the intention of the trick. he is a master of misdirection and that's the hardest part of magic. his performance is just amazing and even if you know how it works you'll never be able to do it the same way as good as he does it without years and years, maybe decades, of practice.
he folded the other note inside when he folded it and the way he folded it he just twisted the note and it made one go to the outside and the other to the inside. when he shakes his hand he is twisting it and before he opens the other note is firmly in the palm of his right hand
Sadly with this vid his undeniable skill is marred for me by the guy's smugness - he comes across as a smart arse. I mean, c'mon.. watch me do a trick in Mandarin?! What a shame. This is why lots of people don't like magic, because the magician sets himself up as 'the cleverest guy in the room'.Thankfully magic has moved away from that old-fashioned idea of 'Look how clever I am' and these days tries to be more mutually engaging.

That angle on him placing the ace back on top of the deck tho XD

This was great. His diversion was perfect... I watched the subtitles through the whole card trick.
Last one ....bad camera angle.... :/ 10:28
non magician spectators dont even care bout that lmaoo tbh
What's really crazy is you turn subtitles on when he starts to speak mandarin! See for youselves. ;)
pol pot eat her son 🤣😂
Cant believe he called the asian man a niggah
This shit had me crying 😂😂
This video deserves better than 18 likes.
The internet listened to you.
Lat igo it sure did 😉

Thanks for this upload. Jerry Andrus was my Mentor & I am CRAZY about all things Magic *& Sleight of Hand . . .
Incredible work.
Ha I love that he says "big whoop" - that's Australian for "no big deal" or "who cares" - a great display!
Americans say big whoop too.
Where can we watch his FISM 2023 trick?
I bought Free Fly from the Johnson Smith catalogue when I was about 10-years old. Imagine my disappointment when I realized that you had to practice and master the trick to fool anyone.
I torrented a magic learning book. Same story.
That bill change at the start, was just.... staggeringly good!! Anyone know if it has a name, and can be bought?? I MUST find out more!
Mark Pointer looks like a variation on Richard Sanders “visibill” done without a tip

I was watching 1/4 speed and it's still so very hard to see how he keeps the chip hidden in his hands.
This guy is excellent. Top notch.
Fantastic!!!
I liked it....great video!
very good Chinese, Simon!!! 中文非常好!

Very good finger palm technique.

At 0:21 even the MC acknowledges his uncommon boldness with a soft laugh.
Watch at 4:11 when he gets a poker chip from his right pants pocket...It's a long shot, but obvious......
thanks for sharing...
Calling it simply ‘misdirection’ kind of lowers the status of what we are seeing which really is seeing the impossible made possible. It takes a lot to beat Penn and Teller twice!
totally awsome
The camera angle revealed the trick on that last card trick rofl
He messed up the angles on the last one but other than that pretty amazing
I was intentional.
Insanely good control though to move the cards in plain sight. Imagine how much practice in order to control and move the cards like that. Amazing Simon
Guys this is bothering the hell out of me. The opening music sounds very familiar. Does anyone know what it is, please??
busybillyb33 it sounds like the beginning of Insomniac Olympics by Blockhead. But he probably sampled another song
It's Copland. Fanfare for the Common Man.
He's Amazing and speaks pig Latin perfectly!!!
never heard that before...pig latin ?
You can see he's holding two cards at end when showing Ace.
The first cut right in the middle of the trick.
EXCELLENT!!!
It's a shame we didn't see the card that was picked in that last trick..!!
that camera guy give away one of the hardest tricks to catch :)
It's literally the easiest to catch, all you have to do is watch his middle finger
Impresionante!!!!
Watch 100 time but still its still very good
He sounds like Hugh Jackman. Beautiful.
Zen says if there is a God, he must be next to illusionist.
Figured everything out after his first trick...
really nice slide of hand
Sleight of hand.
(Or perhaps you were being humorous?)
his mandarin is great.. that was unexpected
His name better get out there
10:25 dumb cameraman ! why showing the trick in this angle!
At 7:00, he goes old spice...😂😂
the camera angle is wrong
i pause n saw 2 of the tricks reveal
Tht last trick with the cards I caught tht....the camera revealed and I have been practicing tht from a youtube channel..
.pretty neat tho!!! This guy is badass fucking fast and sweet!!!
Nice tricks.
I'm gonna start watching animé without the subtitles
Wa, duome weida de biaoyan, ling ren jingtan qie feichang youqu, the eye maybe quicker than the hand but deception is even faster.

Really? Who would have thought that there are 2 red chips? I always believed in the spontaneous quantum tunneling explanation!
Franz Xaver lol

沒想到 Simon Coronel 還會說流利的 中文
Got Dayum!
Brutal audience
P&T were fooled by the casino chips transferring from one hand to the other.
and where exactly should that fool them?
If you want to know how he did it:
There are two red ones.
No it's actually more complicated then you think.
There may be more to it but there are indeed 2 red ones.
terrible angle for the flick change but amazing sleight go hand!!
10:29
he has two red chips in his hands all you ned to know :D
ahhh that's the trick
1.10 ..its like he is holding something...
Why every time he do the trick with only red chip..?? Thats the point
Two different bills folded in the same size, swapped perfectly. 2 different red bellagio chips swapped perfectly
3 bills.
WOW!!!!
more like $135 of poker chips, but I get what you're going for
You kids are so easy.
Two red chips
That camera guy probably lost his job :/
Too many ads. Ffs
If u want to know how he did it..
Good. I want to know too
just watch it in slow motion. easy to catch what is he doing. its brilliant actually !
I can tell you how he did. The strict with the chips Are you want to know?
Then leave the internet and start your own show.
Just had a 9 minuets add which was just a episode of yiay. Watched the Wohle der hing naturally
4 poker chip, slow 0.25
2 red chips
his mandarin is good lol
i watched it in slow motion and i know how he did it
中文真的很好耶!
like to se that qwerty...?
watch it in slow motion he is good but he shouldnt have allowed it to be seen in slow motion.

vino 693 I agree but curiosity killed the cat and I just gotta know. He did well very good. And i feel better now knowing
How did he transform the bill? No matter slow I watch it in, it is still convincing and there wasn't any slide of hands. Care to explain?
he folded the other note inside when he folded it and the way he folded it he just twisted the note and it made one go to the outside and the other to the inside. when he shakes his hand he is twisting it and before he opens the other note is firmly in the palm of his right hand
but in saying that i said it before. very very good at what he does. and still amazed seeing in slow mo
I watched this at 1/4 speed. It become easy to see the trick.
Please tell me how?
flash snap
Too much talk
It's not a magic show. It's a talk, and the magic is a tool to enhance the talk.
Kids nowadays can do what he did lol

Irritating tonque clapping!!!
my eye is going to close bcoz his acting are boring.
