AMAZING ❤❤❤❤❤ I can't think of a better girls trip than "pickin' with Laura" 🎉 Thanks for taking your TH-cam family along. Hugs & blessings from Texas 🦋💖
It’s funny because sometimes I am not attracted to the item when you’re purchasing it, but when you put it with the other items or style it all of a sudden, I just need it in my life!
Oh my goodness !! That lamp shade you got for Jessie is amazing! I have never seen anything like it. It was so cool when you put the turned the coloured lights on it. 😁😎💜🇦🇺🇳🇿
Hi Laura, the striped jug at 40.23 is from New Zealand. Hanmer Pottery from a north Canterbury town. The pottery is from the 60’s, I have a collection of it. It is worth about $25-$30 Nz dollars. I have been following you for a while now, love your videos, I recently purchased 2 pieces of Bitossi here in Christchurch which I love thanks to you introducing me to it.
I love your generosity! I see so many other resellers that hold onto their find as if it is their precious, but you think of your friends. Your friends are amazing too. That saucer light was so kind of them. What a great bunch! You all are amazing!!
My favorite of yours is the brass lamp and then the 3 wooden candle holders. It is actually is kind of a tie. I love both so much. So fun to watch you all shop and to see what each person selects. Please do more girls trips. ❤
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed this video!!!! So many wonderful treasures!!! I don’t know what I like most … this video or the Goodwill ones across Oregon!!!!❤
The Harris Tweed hat was a score!! I recently acquired a similar large wooden cat, so I really appreciate yours. The small wooden cat was so adorable!! The woven baskets on the bottom shelf in the first part of the video were something I so wish was around here! Your friend had an AMAZING stone vase. The llama picture was so beautiful!! I agree with you on the espresso cups. The leather wrapped vase was cool! Great haul!
This was seriously a fantastic video, Laura. Your finds are amazing. I'm so glad the girls found Jesse his bucket list lamp shade. It looks perfect there, too. I say it a lot, but your camera work is the very best on YT Laura. I deeply appreciate the quality of your videos so much. I am very prone to motion sickness, so I am unable to watch most thrifting videos as they have too much movement. That said, you're the best channel anyway 😉☺️❤
That blue and white strainer was really nice. Beautiful pink dish Awesome turtle. The owl bookends are adorable. This is one of my favorite videos with so many amazing finds.
It's great to see Jessie more involved with the videos then he use to be! Such a cute couple! I also wanted to tell Jessie that I think it's so funny how he recites the unite states! He does so by singing the song, " Fifty Nifty United States ". I thought I was the only person in the world that remembered them that way!lol
As others have said, the metal tray is made by Guardian Service. They stopped production in the mid 1950's when their factory burnt. This piece is a tray used to carry a set of "tri-pots" to the table. There is a different Guardian Service piece that is a griddle -- it has a smooth surface. One way to clean any of these pieces is to leave them in the oven when running the self-cleaning cycle. Then a gentle scrub will remove the remaining residue.
Laura, the greasey "tray" with the handles is a griddle. My grandma had one and cooked us pancakes on it. I think it is from Guardian Service, everyone in the mid century had that cookware. Love all your finds. Hugs Sandie
The bowl with the three holes at the top is a plant holder. You put jute or other heavy duty string and tie each string in a knot at the top and hang it from a hook from the ceiling! I grew up in the 60's & 70's.
Hei Suomesta, Hi from Finland. Happy to see Unikko, Poppy by Marimekko! In your video there was a Pomona jam jar by Arabia Finland at 30.12. If it had a lit it's worth 40 euros. And welcome to Europe.
I'm so happy for you and Jesse that you each got a bucket list item I'm not sure your green vegetables are pickles. They look more like zucchini to me.
I live in Christchurch New Zealand but originally from Nelson nz and last time I was visiting my mother there I found a Bitossi vase in her house. Apparently it was my Nana's and my mum had her paint brushes stored in it. I nearly had a heart attack 😂
That was a good trip with the girls. ;) I would have definitely passed by that wooden critter without a second glance. Lucky you know a good find when you see it. ;) 😊 💜🇦🇺🇳🇿
omygosh, laura, i have a set of samsonite suitcases from the 60's/70's that belonged to my mom with that EXACT black and white sun flower pattern on that chair!!
Looks like I'm late to the party, but I agree- the bowl with a hole might be for yarn! Miss you guys- glad to see you having so much fun! - Robin From Italy Trip #1
Looks like you girls are having a lot of fun and getting some neat finds. Loved your friend's lama painting, also loved all your choices, Laura, particularly the (alabaster- do not soak or get wet. As a soft stone it will start flaking off in layers.) owl bookends and that awesome watercolor for six bucks. The tray you got that you said was greasy is actually for cooking tortillas and or pancakes. My grandma and mom used them way back when. It should clean up nicely (soak in dish soap and baking soda), to be used as a tray. Yay for Jesse's bucket list bubble lamp! : )
Hi Laura I'm so glad that you finally got Jessie's light. Omg that was amazing trip and haul. You and the ladies did great. It was really fun. See in the next one
How fun and what great finds! I love that you look out for larger sized rings. Being a 8.5 wedding ring finger size means I am probably a 10 for index fingers!! Great stuff for sure! I’m so inspired to. Go thrift store shopping. I see stuff that an actually need as you go thru the stores. Practical items etc.!! Can’t wait for more thrifting visits!

Laura, I’m always amazed at all the fabulous finds you & your friends find. I’m down on the east coast and we do not have these kinds of finds here. Our thrift stores are mostly stocked with beach finds. Of course, this is great for tourists. I have chosen to decorate more like Charleston. Unfortunately, I mostly have to order online decor. I was glad to read Mary’s about the hole in the bowl. Thank you Mary for letting us know. It was fun watching all you gals finding such beautiful things.
Laura I was so happy when you found the heart waffle pan!! Double delight to find Jesse’s lampshade too!! What a great trip and so many gorgeous finds xx 🎉
Hello from Iowa! My daughter goes to the U of O in Eugene. We were just there! We spent a couple days in Florence. Checked out the thrift stores that you have recommended in other videos. Found some great Oregon myrtle wood pieces. Thanks for all of the advice and tips. It’s helped a lot
I bet the bowl with the hole is for yarn. So you can knit/crochet and the yarn stays and doesn’t get tangled.
Yes!😊
Pittsburgers hide pickles in their Christmas trees. All sizes-Heinz pickles
Wow, makes sense. So cool!
Congratulations on the lamp shade... so cool and the heart waffle pan . What a successful trip!

They were beyond kind to let us have the amazing find! I owe them big time 😆
Does anyone else walk through their thrift store saying, "Oohhh! This would be great for Laura's tiki party!"
😂🥳
I say it to my husband. He has no idea who I'm talking about. 😊
Yes!!!! I do!🎉🎉🎉Amy from Mn
All the time. I think she should be picking up all those penguin ice buckets for her parties too. Can't ever have too many, right!?!?!?! 😁
Yup all the time
Jessie is so funny with the lamp at the end!! Disco colors🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wow, Laura! --- You and your fun friends really SCORED !!! Thanks for taking us along on this fantastic excursion!!!

Yay!!! I’m so glad Taylor bought the llama painting because the colors are so stunning!

All the things you pick are so lovely and to see them staged brings them to the next level!
Oh my goodness !! That lamp shade you got for Jessie is amazing! I have never seen anything like it. It was so cool when you put the turned the coloured lights on it. 😁😎💜🇦🇺🇳🇿

My mum had the cake tins in Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
Found myself smiling so much at the HWK wolf, the Marcoesque cat statue and the wee espresso mugs. Love love love
Everyone had some fantastic finds. So happy the girls found Jessie his lamp!! Can't wait to watch the other videos 😍

Those white vases would be beautiful on the fireplace with the Costco rosemary topiary trees for the holidays

Hi love your shopping. I think The ceramic blue and white bowl with hole is for your herbs. Put stem through hole and it scrapes the leaves into bowl.
omygosh, laura, i have a set of samsonite suitcases from the 60's/70's that belonged to my mom with that EXACT black and white sun flower pattern on that chair!!
Oh wow!! I bet they are amazing!!

Thank you for the Coburg Antique Fair plug! We are heading over on Sunday to get some goodies!
Hope you find some great stuff!
The blue & white bowl with the hole is for yarn. It keeps yarn from tangling or rolling away while crocheting
As always it is great fun to go thrifting with you . Great light show at the end😂
#partymode 🥳💃

Pickle earrings with 14 karat fish hooks. Maybe you could add a vintage knobs or handle to the top of turtle box?
