Oh WOWWW!!! This hotel is so cool. I love the look of this place and it seems like the perfect place to stay to experience the authentic Thai experience. When I saw that you can watch a movie on a comfy sofa type of thing aaaanddddd order food and drinks from where you're sitting .. I WAS SOLD LOL. Awesome video. This place is definitely on my bucket list. Have a feeling the wife is also going to flip out when she see's the movie theatre from your room LOL. Great video Gee
What a lovely hotel 🏨 combined with the 4 monkey 🐒 hotel just over the road. I just like both hotels🏨. I've never seen such a cool 😎 outside cinema 🎥 this is indeed fun to get the food and drink order with this kind of service lift 😀 I love all the little traditional shops and eating places around the two hotels 🏨 a very informative review again from you Gee you know exactly what your followers like to hear and see 👀 well done 👏 ✔️ as usual.

Splendid video! Also, love the channel logo change for Pride month. As always, your videos are very kinetic with the number of edits you put in and your music choice always complements the subject by being both energetic and relaxing. You continue to do a great job grounding your hotel review in the neighborhood so that a guest can plan an afternoon or evening stroll and have an idea of the neighborhood's safety, layout, and features. My wife and I plan to visit Bangkok Old Town shortly after we get settled in Ubon. After watching your previous video, we were very interested in the Four Monkeys Hotel. Did you have a preference?
Hi Craig. It's always nice to hear from you. I absolutely love your input. From your comments, I can hear that you really pay attention to my review and that makes me feel that my time reviewing and editing was worth it. As for my preference. I would go with the Samsen Street Hotel. They're obviously in the same lovely area but, I appreciate the fact that the swimming pool is near by. The whole outdoor cinema certainly gives you something to do too. Please you can easily hop across the road to enjoy a sunset cocktail at the Four Monkeys Hotel's rooftop bar. When will you and your wife be here?
@@BangkokHotelReviews We will be arriving in Bangkok on the 20th and staying at the Sheraton Royal Orchid until the 24th. Then we will head to Ubon Ratchathani to set up our new apartment. Once that is done, we will travel to Phuket for a few days. A few weeks later, we will travel to Pattaya or perhaps Krabi. We are trying to travel as much as possible before my wife's teaching duties resume 😁. I don' recall seeing any of your videos from Krabi. Have you been there?

Stumbled upon your review while i was researching about this hotel, thank you for the review as i will be celebrating my birthday in bangkok and was searching for a budget hotel, that looks nice for 4pax as i am bringing my family. Is it near iconsiam pier, is it accessible through the pier? 🥹
Thank you very much for the compliment. I'm sure you'll have an awesome birthday here. Honestly, it's quite far from IconSiam and not so easy to get too. I would simply take a taxi there - it'll be more cost effective since there are 4 of you (assuming you include 2 kids). If you really want to, then you could walk to the hotel to Phra Arthit pier, take the river taxi to Si Phraya pier (there are two of them side by side), then take the free IconSiam boat to IconSiam. Amazing food. I don't know where you put it. Also like the outside movie screen, it reminds me of the drive in cinemas of my youth.

Looks great. Are the food portions always so big? And do you get the doggy bag option in Thailand?
Yeah. Period are usually quite big. Sure we have doggy bags but, we call it 'sai tung'. 👍❤️
