There is no area in Bangkok that is exactly like BGC Manila, but there are some areas that are similar in terms of modern amenities and walkability Such as Sathorn, Siam.
I really need some advice! I’ll be in Bangkok for 5 months as an international student at Chulalongkorn University, right in the city center. I’m looking for a condo near a BTS or MRT station. I need a 2-bedroom condo with a budget of around 30,000 Baht per month. Should I go for monthly rentals so I can explore different areas, or just commit to a good one for the entire 5 months? Also, I’m not sure which areas would be best for my budget. Cleanliness is really important to me, so I’d appreciate any recommendations for suitable neighborhoods or condos!
I think it's worth considering monthly rentals so you can explore different neighborhoods! You might want to check out Sukhumvit Road. The prices can vary depending on the location. Lower Sukhumvit (near Nana and Thong Lor) tends to be more expensive than the upper part (On Nut and beyond). Another affordable option is Thonburi. Try to find areas that are close to train lines
It depends on what you like. Different areas have different vibes. Can you tell more about what you like? If you're a first-time visitor I would suggest khao San Road, it's easy to get there from the airport by bus.
Finally a video worth watching for stays!
Thank you. ;-)
Very useful video and I appreciate the clear communication style and lack of flexing that is unfortunately a part of many people's travel videos

Where is Ratchathewi area? Is it nice?
Ratchatevi is a bit up north from siam. There are plenty of hotels and very close to siam and the price tends to be cheaper than siam.
NANA IS BEST AREA.🥰
It's lively area, Have fun.
Hi my internship location is phra Nakhon. Could you please help with nearby areas to stay and budget for 1 bhk or even studio appt
Have you tried to check out Airbnb.com yet?
Are you in bangok now?
No, I was there in September.
Can you provide how much per night.
Where for? It depends on your requirements and budget. You can get rooms for as low as $10 a night, but those would be to many people's requirements.
สวัสดีค่ะ🙏🇹🇭
