I want to make this cake as well, but instead of mayo, I will use cream cheese, and probably add some chives for garnish. Chives and Cream Cheese taste delishious with sushi.

Yeah. I had to search it what that is. It's a sandwich cake! In Finland we make sandwich cake too. Often we use salmon in it. :)
