How to find obs and gyane job in the UK?

Could u plz help me by your valuable guudence. Regarding MRCOG part 2, im one of the very unfortunate candidate of MRCOG part 2 exam, i passed my mrcog part 1 exam in 2014, then i started the four year training , then in 2019 , i attempted for the first time the MRCOG part 2 exam, since then i've been attempting the part 2 exam and failing every time. this january 2023 was my sixth attempt for MRCOG part 2 exam, which i failed again.. moreover i am not practicing as a doctor since 2017 ..almost seven years now i'm not in any job related to gynaecology and obstetrics..
My query is, with all these failures and with this long time lack of working experience , im afraid i won't get any job in UK, even after i pass the MRCOG PART 2.. by the way my age is 43 years.. at this age and with this lack of experience in my CV , should i strive for MRCOG or should i change my career route.. ?
