im 13 and 6'1 but my standing reach is only 7'9 with shoes on(7'8 without), i used to have like a 23-24 inch vert and after a month or so of training im to like like 28 inches, of which i tested in crocs💀(im like 4-5 inches away from dunking) so if you just train consistantly you should be able to dunk soon

Funny im a right left jumper and i always had left knee pain
I truly believe isaiah could be the first 55 inch vert. He for sure can get in the 51-53 range
That means he'll get close to Dunking 12 feet better yet touching half way to the top of the backboard
Is this the exact workout you do everytime or do you switch it up once in a while
I change my exercise complex around once a month
Bro you need to get on the weighted calisthenics game doing weighted pull ups and dips, but work mostly in the heavy 1-3 range so you don’t put on too much mass
I actually did 2-3 months of weighted pull ups starting around October
@@IsaiahRivera1 heck yeah man I will say calisthenics are awesome as heck and I love them equally as much as I love dunking, especially when you start getting into the trick calisthenics, it would be cool if you got into them, bro does a handstand pushup into a 540 dunk 🤣 I’ve been doing weighted calisthenics and it has helped my vert and been learning cool stuff like muscle up and you learn them just like you do with dunking, periodization with heavy weight and then backing off
