    I love when I find one I haven’t seen yet, this defendant was so prepared and I bet he started writing measurements on the contracts after this too 😂

    And that ladies and gentlemen is how you prepare for a case. Defendant made the plaintiff look unprepared and ignorant. No proof of anything. He's mad he didn't get a bigger awning for free.

    That defendant was PREPARED. I believe the defendant when he said that he would fix the problem if his guys made a mistake, but he was on it and won without hesitation.

    Fabulous defense! I knew that it wasn't going to end up well for the plaintiff when he couldn't even tell the judge the measurements of the original awning.

      his old awning was probably loose for a long time and it may have shifted forward giving the appearance of a longer awning , and then like he said , one day the awning just completely fell off . but its hard to beat the defendant's pictures when u dont have any pics of your own to contradict them .

    this is why it is so annoying when people who think they are right don't take a breath and listen to someone disagreeing with them - we can be 100% convince we are right - and be totally wrong - any human can do this !!! So let's give each other more grace and less meanness when discussing issues. Even in the face of PROOF this guy walked off mumbling about how he was right - when he is out of his mind - and need to take some tea time!

    The defendant was on it!! As for the plaintiff living in his home for 12 years proved he never paid attention to his own owning. By the way 12 years living in a home is not a defense. 😂

    Plaintiff was 100% hallucinating, he imagined a size he never had. Defendant proved that was the correct size and the plaintiff still refused to accept the facts. I hope the whole neighborhood is laughing with this plaintiff

    Contracts 🤷 + MEASUREMENTS, Photos, SIGNATURES/upon acceptance, signed notices of the "fine details", Before & Afters ...
    Ridiculous, how they wind up as litigants (many don't bring EVIDENCE) 😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    The plantiff was clearly trying to scam the defendent and pull a fast one on him. He wanted a 65 inch awning for the price of a 42 inch. Luckily the defendent beat him at his own game.

    How can I say this without sounding racist??? He was more upset that his neighbor’s awning was bigger because Africans tend to be…a bit snobbish and entitled. No one is immune to their ways. There, I said it and as a Black woman, I meant it. Had his neighbor’s awning been smaller or the same size, this case would never have happened.

    The defendant should have specified the dimensions in the contract. Also, he should have measured from the window, not the old awning. After all, the defendant is supposed to be the professional.
    Again, I don't totally agree with the judge.

    The defendant came well prepared however something is still not quite right with the awning. Even in the pictures the old one is same size as the porch and the new one is not. So there is an issue somewhere. The plaintiff kind of got screwed at the end of the day.
