"It's a beautiful french door." 😂😂😂😂
All kennels should have cameras to protect them from liability and also to protect the animals from injuries.
First thing is that they may not have insurace for them to run the buisness thus no cameras
They always choose violence on the intros. They know dammm well the defendant didn’t call them “boneheads” 😂😂😂
Calling someone a name isn't "violence." Stop being over dramatic. Words can not physically hurt someone and isn't violence.
Can’t we sign a petition to get her back on air?? 😢😢
Maybe shes done. Its been a long time and her kids are grown. Maybe she wants to slow down or travel.
A beautiful french door lmfaooo that one got me 😂😂😂
Did anyone else think it was weird that the plaintiffs were standing so far apart at the end 🤷
Absolutely…she was pissed she didn’t get money for lost wages and dog sitting fees’’’it was all about the money with her…her old man is gonna hear about it the whole way back to NY-“why didn’t you say something? You didn’t help me!”, when we all know what a Karen she is and a bad actor to boot!
The plaintiffs were being a little greedy. Stomach lining and x-rays weren't related to a puncture wound. Surprised the judge didn't question that part.
Our dog knows when it's Sunday , he knows we're fixing to go to church. Sometimes when I stay at home. Our dog goes to the front door and lays down knowing his family is coming home. It's funny how smart dogs really are. One time we spelled a few words in a sentence and our dog actually knew what we were spelling. LOL
I said Jack needs ( to go outside and he started prancing around going in circles by the door.
I can't even spell ride around my dog. She finally figured it out and does the "going for a ride dance" until I have to tell her to stay. Makes me feel like a heel when she drops her tail and looks at me like I just threw her favorite toy away.
What an entertaining case and bunch of people! I didn’t hate anyone lol And both sides were very funny and respectful!!
Defendant was very nice and impressionable
“It’s a beautiful French door…”🤣🤣🤣
My dog whined until I opened the car door. And I mean every room I went into she was there whining. I opened the door then she was quiet and had all the patience in the world 🤣🤣🤣. She was not getting out of the car and needed a potty break at the first light 🤣🤣🤣 I love they have their own personalities keeps us on our toes 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mine taps the door to go pee. Or gives solid eye contact and waits.
We got a schedule at least.
Then across town 10 miles away when we pick up daddy from work she gets stoked cause that’s her grass now 😆
Just whines when we hit the connecting streets. “I KNOW THIS STREET”
You say “we getting daddy?”
She jerks up
I’ve had two senior dogs I watched cross that rainbow bridge. Sometimes I feel like they’re talking back to me through this doggo I swear.
Giving her all kinds of mutt personality 💜💜
Best people’s court title ever 😂
She said the vet said the dog was dehydrated. That’s not from the kennel location when the dog was there for an hour. Dehydration takes about 48 hours.
When your dog eats something bad and you it’s not exactly toxic, you still have to give them a full 24 hours of no food so anything they ate gets washed out if their system. Then if the problem persists you go to the vet. Even then, the dog thirsty, won’t be completely dehydrated. For senior dogs and other special needs pups who need care like that are more likely to be at risk of dehydration. But within an hour of their care? Sorry that’s the owners fault. That is not a result of some hour long kennel visit.
Now I’ll watch the rest of the video and give the rest of my opinion then.
But that’s the first thing I noticed five minutes in about this whole case.
Yes vet bills to repair a paw and stitches might go into the thousands.
You can rule that you have lost wages from that day by leaving work. You can prove the dog got hurt at that establishment. They admitted it.
So how that will go I don’t know. But to say the dog was dehydrated because of the kennel is telling me this case is gonna go in all kinds of exaggerations.
EXACTLY….dehydration does not happen inside of an hour or even 24 hours…plaintiff’s are milking the case for sure!
@@catherineeckstein2705 exactlyyyyy
I couldn’t believe a word they said after she said the dog was dehydrated.
They said that the dog was refusing to eat and drink after surgery. He wouldn't have had surgery if he hadn't been injured.
@@MiracleFound if you’ve ever had a pet who has had surgery they do not become dehydrated from lack of eating and drinking post op
They should have insurance for things like this….
Karen plaintiff with new yawk accent, she's now on her way to JC Penney to return something and yell at a cashier because she doesn't have her receipt
If you are so sensitive about your dog you don't leave it in a kennel suffering abandonment for a week. She's ridiculous
We heard her say "paw" correctly, but she also said "parwr" for Christ's sake
Jeeze $2300 for that ? That’s a steal ! Where I’m at something like that is $5k+!
Edit : all places like this should have insurance . They shouldn’t even be operable if they don’t have insurance . It should be illegal .
Defendant was very likable and unintentionally funny 😅
Cozy Noses? That kennel looks like a horror show.
if i ever have to board my dog i do not want a fence dividing them... i need walls
That is a beautiful Pit Bull
The judge is such a drama queen.
What a bad decision.
I would have written a check to the pet owners for the veterinarian bills behind my husband's back and just fought my husband over it. Its extremely bad business by not taking responsibility for the animal being injured whilst in their care. They may lose business or have already lost business if/when people find out. Something like this can cause a business to go under.
This is why I don't leave my furbabies with anyone who isn't 100% trusted by me aka close family, like my parents, now just my mom.
Should have set up CCTV, not that expensive but this is what the kennels in my area do to protect they business from this type of claims
Wow the lady was really mad 😠 at least they won an husband had a smile on at the end with the judge but not mama eyebrows 😂
Plaintiff: A dog is a dog. He can't make it not jump around. Also Plaintiff: Sues and for some reason wins when his dog was the one jumping around. Huh?
I can see it being the kennels responsibility for the original vet bill about the injury, but how was it there fault that it got dehydrated and something wrong with the lining of her stomach in another persons care? the Kennel had the dog an hour... it cant' get dehydrated in taht short time, likely ate nothing to cause the problem in the stomach. Kennel owner should have only had to pay for the paw to be stitched and bandaged.
The dehydration doesn’t really seem like it’s their fault
Lol my animals do the same as soon as the luggage is out they are jumping around and my cats will lay in it or on top
Was he held responsible for vet bills related to the stomach problem the next day and surgery for that or just the injury? Why on earth is a stomach issue the next day his fault?
The owner should have it when an animal is injured under their care, the animal has to be taken to a vet, at their expense tell the owner comes and picks up their dog. Poor customer service. And the owner of the facility has the audacity to call the dog unsafe in a safe environment? So, blaming the dog for his negligence of keeping the dog safe? What a poor businessman this dude is.
You could have the customer sign a waiver saying that you were not responsible for any injury. Especially when they have of rambunctious out-of-control dog. I wouldn't make all customers sign that waiver just those types
Aw man imma miss these :/
Agreed! Thank goodness for YT. This show has been on since I was a kid in the 80's. Disappointing & heartbreaking for sure
A place like this should have insurance. When I hear..."I've been in business for this amount".....WHO CARES!!!
Not sure why the plaintiff won when it was their dog's behavior that resulted in her injury.
Kinda understand pay first bill to vet visit. But how is it defendants fault for dog being dehydrated when owner or sitter had dog back a day. Seems sitter didn't water dog. My understanding defendant had dog for a very little time before plaintiff picked him up.
When I took my dog to day care he got hurt there they took him to the vets and paid for it and paid his medication. But second visit something in her stomach that's not on the defendant
Wife acts like a baby. Stay home if you can’t deal with it.
JM has such an attitude problem. Not to ask a question and not allow the litigants speak
Yes, I drop my kids off at a babysitter, and they get hurt is the babysitter responsible yes
Small cut or not, u need to pay!
She’s the best
What’s up with the lady at the end standing to the side!
This show has literally become fifteen minutes of Judge Milian interrupting litigants. I used to love this show but she just cannot help herself anymore! So annoying. I just can't watch anymore.
She does the same with her husband. Doesn't let the guy get a word in. I hate when people do that.
I know! I KNOW! I KKKNNNOOOWWWW!!!
Not that it's not a serious injury but not that you have to be crying on TV like get a hold of yourself.
Typically when animals get injured it's because of neglectful caretakers or owners.
A pit bull was fence fighting----I'm shocked. Pit bull owners never admit to their dog's behavior.
They’re all angels and when one mauls someone, it’s a one off or someone else’s fault for getting them excited. Dog hurts a child? That child MUST have been too rough with it.
@@matty7757 well people with those tendencies don’t see it that way, an animal like their pit is “family” and their “baby”. They’re either animals or family, I agree with you, dogs are animals. More friendlier animals and some are amazing, but they CAN snap at small things and act like an animal.
Poetic mother 82
Repeat
The defendant is a bone head.🤣
Dark soldier 25
I have a GSD and I took him to a boarding facility close to my house when we went to pick him up 3 days later the lady told me that I had to pay $150 extra because my dog destroyed 2 chain link fences, I refuse because it’s not my fault they couldn’t putting him on something more secure anyways I ended up paying only $50 and the lady was so mad she told me I could never bring my dog back to their facility
Fence fighting with the dogs next to her? The kennel walls are concrete!
Ha! The place is right near where I work :)
Horrific cage kennels! Would you want to sit in there for a week? Omg! Any wonder kinda ‘fighting’ with next door cages and injuries. This won’t be the last incident here…
I've said it before and I will say it again - if you want to care for animals, feed the feral cats!
@@elvickRULES When you get them fixed animal control drops them off where they were found. So you still need to feed them.
Defendant is a typical 🙄 money hungry business owner! This is why I am a pet sitter. It is a better way for most pets. They are not taken out of their environment and given lots of love too. Safety should be the utmost importance!
Plaintiff knew their pup needed help. Good on them to get Bella care.
Good Judgment Judge M 👏! 💜✌
You charge money so your a business person.
I am sure a certain percentage of your clients find your fees too high also...
@@williamegler8771 nope, I always consider what they can or can't afford. I know my worth and so do my clients. It's a win win. I understand when they are having financial issues. ✌

Wow!; I call someone a bonehead or equivalent without cussing and TH-cam suspends me for 24 hours, twice! They don't like the truth and call it, Cyber bullying!😆 Words are just invented today.

Great judgement. The dog acted like a dog & got hurt under the dogsitters care. Fess up, don't be a "Chump".
'The dog acted carelessly' is not something I expected to hear today.
I was shocked when i heard that. Like we r seriously blaming the dog?!
