Thank you, this helped me. I have another problem, every time the air-conditioning unit gets controller via mobile app or with remote, I get an email notification. I have no found how to turn this off, any ideas?

I am really not sure on this one. From what I see after the AC is setup it might not be possible to disable it, which doesn't make much sense. But I would try first to go to Application settings and 'switch operations modes', in mine I have selected 'Remote operation mode'. Not really sure if it is related.
Secondly you can try to select your air conditioner and select options in the bottom of the screen, you will have several options to turn on/off, I have all off besides the LED ON. As well not sure if any is related to email.
If none of them work, I guess last option would be to do 'Application initialization' under application settings, this will delete all the setup and you would need to register the AC again, I wonder if there in any option related to the email in those first steps when adding the AC. This last option is a hassle to do all again...

I can’t update in my App. If I try tu update my fimware, the system said “you need to update at home and with the AC off”. But I’m at home with the wifi and with de AC off. I don’t know what happen

Yes, correct. With iPhone and with iOS 17.1.1. I don’t know if is problem of iOS or from the App. But with recibe un iOS 5 days ago a new update from the Apple Store un the App.
I don’t know if they are working about the problem or not

Same problem iOS. Does anyone know how to add a second device? All instructions instruct to go through the whole process of wifi set up for the AC but it is already connected to Wifi just need to add to another device.
