    I hope I'm seated next to Ed Hindson at the marriage supper of the Lamb! Pastor Ed Hindson is on of my favorites, too! His no-nonsense, practical approach show how simple the scriptures are. God doesn't want us in the dark about what He has to say! I feel sorry for those that spiritualize the scriptures and are in the dark about what's going on. I discovered Pastor Hindson when he filled in for JD Farag. They both have a funny sense of humor! I love Jan Markel’s prophecy updates. Tom Hughes, Billy Crone, Jack Hibbs, they’re all great prophecy teachers. We are children of light, not darkness, and by understanding what the Bible says, the Day of the Lord won’t overtake us like a thief in the night! 1 Thessalonians 5🙌🏼

    It's not about knowing the day or the hour but the event that precedes the 1st resurrection or rapture. When the 2 witnesses are called up that's the 1st resurrection or rapture of the dead in Christ 1st then we who are alive and remain.

      Thanks David, Why do you think that, and what is your position on eschatology?

    • @David-kk4dr
      @David-kk4dr 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RobertFurrow. Obviously, it would be impossible to answer that question (“What is your position on eschatology?”) Since we both know that Eschatology is just a name or title that covers events of the future. However, if you asked me what my SPECIFIC views are concerning a particular prophecy or prophecies in scripture, then I would be able to given an answer. My statement: “He already came,” concerns the MANNER in which He came, (The Parousia= the presence). If thieves broke into your home and stole some items, you would know that they made their “presence” known. I believe that the scriptures teach that the manner of His coming was His coming in judgement upon the Land of Judea especially Jerusalem to His disobedient people, the people to whom he called “a sinful and adulterous generation.” That happened during the days of the wars between the Jews and the Romans in the years 66 A.D. -70A.D when the Temple was destroyed. That was the “Coming” the “Visitation” “the Day of vengeance” the day of Yahveh” “the Presence” “the Day of Jacob’s trouble.” I realize that the war continued on a few years following. But Israel technically collapsed when their seat of government, the Temple was destroyed in a war that lasted 3 1/2 years. Since the writers of the New Testament and their audiences to whom they wrote were real people in time and space, how is it that THEY believed that they were living in the “Last days,” and expected and believed that the Messiah would come in THEIR days and not 2,000 years after? (Examples): Why would James say to the rich of his day, “You have laid up treasure in the Last Days”? (Ja. 5:3). Why would he say to his readers (spiritual brothers): “Be patient therefore brothers, UNTIL the Coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the COMING OF THE LORD IS AT HAND” (Ja. 5:7,8).
      So how long does a farmer have to be patient and wait for his precious fruit to grow… 2000 years? He asked them to be patient in the SAME manner a farmer does. Are they STILL waiting since the year 45 A.D.... that was when James wrote his letter?
      Didn’t the writer of the Book of Hebrews say that the “Last Days” were the in days of the Messiah? (Heb. 1:2) including Peter (Pet. 1:20)?
      Why would James encourage them and say, “not to grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is STANDING AT THE DOOR!” (Ja 5:9). If someone is standing at the door, that means he’s near! Aren’t these statements made by James, the Lord’s brother, obviously evidence that the believers of the first century confidently knew that Yahshua the Messiah would imminently come in the First Century and NOT thousands of years later? If so, then the NATURE of His “coming” must have been His Coming in Judgment during the first century evidently confirmed by Historians who recorded the Judgment that fell upon Judah, especially Jerusalem and to His disobedient people in the year 66 - 70 A.D. - a war lasting 3 ½ years (The great tribulation). That is what the entire book of Revelation is about…the Fall of Jerusalem, the spiritual “Babylon”, “Sodom”, and “Egypt” (Rev. 11:8)
      There is so much to say, but this is not a platform to get into the details of prophecy. However you asked of my position, therefore I gave you what I believe to be a “common sense” answer. I’m NOT a preterist at all, but I’m a Scripturalist, somewhat akin to a Kararite.

    Dr Hindson, you misquoted Rev 3:10 as an indication that the entire church would be spared from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world. Rev 3:10 was addressed only to the Church of Philadelphia, not the other six churches. Also this passage does not say WHERE or HOW the Philadelphians will be spared. Using this passage to justify the Pre-Trib Rapture is in error.

    I have loved Dr. Ed for years but he's in error on our bodies being raised in the Flesh. 1 Cor. 15 explains this in detail flesh ad blood can not enter heaven. It also says we are sowed in the flesh and raised in the spirit. We go to heaven, get our White Robe (New Glorious bodies) then we indeed return again (Jesus brings us with him) at the 2nd coming as Rev. 19 clearly shows.
    Jesus never sinned, thus he always had a glorious body, that is why he could disappear, or change appearances to escape those who sought to kill him at times.

    • @RobertFurrow
      @RobertFurrow  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks MrRondonman, Then how come the resurrected body of Jesus is in heaven? and the Bible says we will be like Him, in Glorified bodies. the prophesier is right!

    • @MrRondonmon
      @MrRondonmon 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RobertFurrow That is easy, Jesus knew no sin, he always had a Glorious Body. We will be like him (His Essence), as he is like God the Father, but not God the Father, he is God the Redeemer (Son), that is why men could look upon hm without dying. In the trinity God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit all have the same essence in Spirit (Truth, Hope, Love, Joy, Longsuffering, Honesty/truth etc.) but the Father has the abundance of the Glory.
      1. Cor 15 says that no flesh (sin flesh of course) can go to heaven. It even says they are raised WKTHUT CORRUTION, which means without sin flesh. And that is why we will be CHANGED in a moment. Basically this means we leave our Flesh man and go as Spirit men to heaven. WE ARE CHANGED or we simply die, no flesh can go to heaven with sin stain.
      In John 20 when Mary saw Jesus after he was resurrected, he told her, "Touch men not" for I have not yet ascended unto the Father [to offer the Sacrifice], but 8 days later he invited Doubting Thomas to touch his wounds !! Jesus had to go offer the perfect sacrifice unto God the Father, Mary merely touching him would have defiled the risen sacrifice.
      God Bless

    Some Scriptures about hell by Jesus himself and how not to go there:
    In Luke 16:19-31 Jesus describes a rich man that lived lavishly and a poor beggar man named Lazarus. It came to pass that Lazarus died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom. The rich man died, was buried, then went to hell. 23 And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in TORMENT, saw Abraham afar off and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue, for I am tormented IN THIS FLAME. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received good things, and likewise Lazarus received evil things, but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you can not, neither can they pass to us, and would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray you therefore father, that you would send him to my father’s house. 28 For I have 5 brothers that he may testify unto them, lest also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham said unto him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.”
    LOCATION OF HELL: Jesus said in Matthew 12:40, ”For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH.” Paul said in Ephesians 4:9, ”Now that he ascended, was it but that he also DESCENDED into the LOWER PARTS OF THE EARTH.”
    HELL IS A PLACE OF FIRE: Jesus said in Luke 16:24,”….Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue for I am TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.”
    Jesus said in Matthew 13:42,”And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE, there shall be WAILING AND GNASHING OF TEETH.” Jesus said in Matthew 25:41,”Then shall he also say to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, INTO EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels.”
    Jesus said in Revelation 20:15,”And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.”
    HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT: Jesus said in Luke 16:23,”And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in TORMENT….” 24 …..for I am TORMENTED in this flame.” Jesus said in Revelation 14:11,”And the smoke of their TORMENT ascended up FOR EVER AND EVER, and they have no rest day or night….” Jesus said in Mark 9:45-46,”And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off, it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED. 46 Where their WORM DIES NOT, and the fire is not quenched.” Note that it doesn’t say “THE Worm”, it says “THEIR WORM” dies not. Jesus said in Revelation 21:8,”But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whore mongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, which is the second death.” Note that Brimstone is Sulfur and burns with a very strong odor of rotten eggs.
    The scriptures above prove when a person goes to hell they will constantly see hell, constantly smell hell, constantly feel the heat of hell, will constantly breath hell, will constantly hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth of others in hell, will constantly be aware of their own worms, they will have no rest day or night, there is no way out and it will continue for ever and ever, they can’t die because they are already dead.
    The following is how to not go there and it is a SIMPLE AND EASY thing to do:
    All of the book of Acts is what Jesus disciples said what we must to be SAVED - meaning not go to hell, which is repentance, water baptism in Jesus NAME, (Not the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) and being baptized with the Holy Ghost. Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be SAVED, but he that believes not shall be damned."
    At about that same time He said in Matthew 28:19,"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not name's) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time they said Jesus NAME at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16.
    Jesus said in John 3:3-7,"Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man BE BORN AGAIN, he can not see the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto, Except a man be born of water AND of the Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water which is for the REMISSION OF SINS - meaning the INITIAL remission of sins and not the confessing of sins later addressed in 1 John 1:9. Being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost. What being baptized with the Holy Ghost means is addressed in Acts 2:3-4, (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer.
    Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS."
    Numbers 23:19, ”God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent, has he said and shall he not do it? And shall he not make it good?”
    Malachi 3:6,”For I am the Lord, I change not...”
    Hebrews 13:8,”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” That means there is no reason to think that Jesus will make an exception and save someone that has not been baptized in water in Jesus NAME, and has not been baptized with the Holy Ghost.
    If you are convinced you need to get baptized in water in Jesus Name do a search and type in "United Pentecostal Church International", scroll down to just below the red box, type in your zip code, a screen will show a Church near you that will do that.
    Jesus said John 10:27, ”My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”

    Great teacher of The Word of God, thank you for an insightful message. I do disagree with one point though, concerning the timing of the Rapture. I believe the Bible clearly teaches the Rapture is in the middle of the 70th week. The first half of the week is extreme persecution and is the cleansing of the church, The "bath" of the Bride of Christ to cleanse her for the coming of the Bridegroom. 2nd Peter4:17 "For the time has come for judgement to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the Gospel of God?" Paul points out in 2nd These. 2, the passage makes it clear that the revealing of the Antichrist is in the middle of the 70th week, when the AC breaks the treaty and takes away the sacrifice and offering and proclaims himself to be God in the temple of God. Also, Daniel 9:27. This is where the abomination of desolation occurs in the middle of the 70th week. Also see Rev.13:5. At that point, in the middle of the 70th week, he is given 3 1/2 years to be in power over the world, not 7 years. He is active in the first 3 1/2 years of the 70th week, but not in full power and control of the world till the second half of the week. I have tons more Scripture passages to prove that the Rapture happens in the middle of the 70th week, but can not expound on it all here, as it would take a whole book to do so. But just one more thing...where we are right now is the second seal. We are seeing the beginning of the second seal opening up, and the church is Raptured in Rev.7:9,10 between the 6th and the 7th seal. Then, the Wrath of God is poured out beginning with the first Trumpet Judgement and continues through all the Trumpet and Bowl Judgements.

    Christianity does not pay attention to Galatians 4:8-11, about celebrating special days, nor do they understand that the Prophet Elijah comes first to prepare the world for the great tribulation and Jesus' second coming. They also do not understand that the Little Scroll of Revelation 10, which is a separate Book of the Final Testament to mankind before the Great Tribulation, the Book the Two Witnesses will preach from. Malachi 4:4, 5,

    NO PRE-TRIB RAPTURE. It seams you don't believe what the bible says about the resurrection being on the LAST DAY. Read mt 24, mk 13, john 6-40-44-53, john 6-11, 2thes 2, and rev 14-14.

      @@RobertFurrow Your video doesn't address any of the verses that I have listed. Pre-trib is based on assumptions and a big misunderstanding of Gods Wrath. The 7 years of Tribulation doesn't cover 100% of the earth which ends at the 7th Trump [resurrection of saints]. Now starts the bowl judgements [Gods wrath] which covers the entire 100% of the earth. This last for 75 days until day 1335 spoken by
      Danial and then Jesus returns on the white horse. What will you tell your church when they are still here and the Tribulation has started? How many will leave the church because of this false teaching?

    A number of mistakes. The bible never says we go to heaven at the point we are caught up to Jesus in the air. That's a false assumption. Revelations says there are two and only two resurrections of the dead. This teaching requires a third resurrection. The event described in Thessalonians and the second coming are the same event.

      Thanks Scott, Jesus said in John 14 "I will. come and recive you to Myself that where I am you may be also" Jesus is in heaven so we will be take to heaven with Him.

      @@RobertFurrow Jesus is in heaven now but he comes back. The English is very simple to understand, you don't have to read anything into this. Its says when I come AGAIN,( now he is on Earth and not in heaven), then I will receive you to myself. When he receives us to him, where is he? On Earth not in Heaven. And it never says he will go back to heaven. The confusion comes because the context is "in my father's house." What is the father's house. It was the temple and now it is the church, but it is not heaven. The many dwelling places are a reference to the Holy Spirit indwelling in believers not houses in heaven. John 14 does not say he is taking us back to heaven.

      @@RobertFurrow Also, the 24 Elders "with crowns' seemingly have already gone to the Judgment seat of Christ. These were redeemed by the blood. Represents the church.

      He quoted where to find those scriptures in 1 Thessalonians 4. There is a clear distinction between the rapture and Christ’s Second Coming.
      It’s not a matter of it being false. Pastor Hindson has great in-depth studies on this distinction on his TH-cam channel. I highly recommend Tom Hughes, JD Farag, Jack Hibbs, John MacArthur. They have tons of detailed sermons on the difference between the rapture of the church and Christ’s Second Coming.

      Its very clear where the Father is lets not kid or fool ourselves. God's dwelling is in heaven not earth nor the temple. In fact the earth is just his footstool. The temple is only a sanctuary so God can be near His chosen people it is the only Holy place in this entire planet during that time but it is was never his Home. Also do not cut bible verses. He said prior that "He would go " and prepare a place. meaning he is going to leave earth and go to his fathers house. If you persist on saying its the temple then think about the destruction of the temple in 70AD good luck with that. Note also that that the future temple will be desecrated by the anti christ in revelation so pretty much everything mentioned is in error.

    humour, jesting and joking is an abomination. Comedy in the church takes the name of the Lord in vain.
