I like that it's so humble. Someday, maybe Real Estate will have some big hits. If they don't, they're still great in my mind. Anyway, the financial bonanza, if they ever have the hits, would make his next, far more expensive home interesting to see. See what he collects, puts on his walls, etc. Or maybe he'll live in that apartment forever, even if he gets plenty of cash to buy anything. Some people don't like to move into a nicer place.
