14:10 .....hey no..!! . I have tried & succeeded in meditation, it just took me 1 month exactly to see immense amount of changes within me...!! By dedicating myself as Bogar and other sidhas are saying here..!! . I was at a state where, my thoughts inside my mind came to absolute zero. . But after that one month, unfortunately I stopped practicing it due to the semester exams and I lost it & no matter how much I try, I couldn't replicate it now.... that's my problem, that iam facing now.

Our focus should be on the object we are mediating and not paying attention to the thoughts. Again I admire your effort for 5 years all by yourself. Please do try heartfulness meditation. It is free and u can find trainers to help you. Download heartsapp and give it a try. May your inner call and aspirations be answered. You can also look for heartfulness videos in youtube but strongly suggest to practice the method as prescribed for 3 months and u can see its impact.
