I'm glad the lot of you are giving the video a chance and the support is always appreciated. I'm honestly amazed that this video is getting the attention that it is, especially for something that was meant to be filler content while I plan out core reviews (then again I probably drastically underestimated the Fallout/Challenge run community, this occurred to me while I was driving to the pharmacy today). I'm happy to see all the good words and nothing makes me happier than seeing people enjoy the stuff I produce regardless of what it is. To everyone that's subscribed because of this video, welcome! I hope you enjoyed the video and that you stick around for the future. I do got more challenge runs coming on top of core content, not necessarily just Fallout but I do have a New Vegas run recorded and I have a run of Fallout 1 on paper I'm still trying to work out. In the meantime I do have a few other videos on the channel, primarily reviews of some old games I grew up with, feedback is also always appreciated on every video, I try to read every comment I get and it's always nice to see someones thoughts on these. Nerbit and Mitten Squad are both great channels for challenge videos, and I think there's definitely room for more people to make good challenge videos. I've seen a bunch of people try it but they all either just make a bunch of offensive jokes, or TaLK rEAlLY PePPY and loud with the typical "TH-camr voice" that irritates the fuck out of me. Or they will just sort of barely acknowledge the challenge and just mess around in a way that doesn't feel like it's in the spirit of it. This video actually has the vibe of someone, you know, doing an interesting challenge and talking through it.
Robotics disposal ground just north of the vault door has a fuel ammo can on the ground in the entrance facing the pond that respawns fairly frequently, as well as the magazine that lets you paint hot-rod flames on your power armor- for those of you who want to try a run like this in the future Fun run! Your editing is very entertaining yet through, and the flash-warning editing was a great touch
One thing with the Railroad that makes their security even worse - the Freedom Trail has their password on it, letter by letter (presumably this is so people can find it after being told to ‘follow the freedom trail’ but still)

Great video man! Only criticism being doing diamond city blues would have made most of the early game issues a lot easier with all the drugs especially with the bashing. But like I said great video!

Idk, but i think you just managed to create the most cursed F04 character i have ever seen, i think its the fact you weren't going for un-canny valley which makes it so horrifying, meanwhile other cursed characters I've seen had that as the intention from the start.
Honestly crazy how little recognition this channel gets, your editing skills are top tier dude Question (idk if this really related to the video or not): Is fallout 4 worth playing along side new vegas (the game that got me into this series)? Mostly cus it’s a newer game and seems to have alot going for it, though I hear it doesn’t live up to the older games that well
The game lacks a few features from previous games while improving on others at the same time. The main story is a bit lacking but if you want a world to shoot and explore/loot in the game does wonders. As far as Fallout games go, 4 is a bit on the weaker end, it's an RPG in a loose sense given your character already has a set back story. Vegas had more of a blank slate and even 3 still let you be kind of a bad person. It's better than Fallout 3 but I'd rather come back to Vegas.

There's tons of diamonds in the rough that stay small for a very long time, and often when they get bigger they lose their identity to trying to chase views and it becomes less interesting. Think Kitchen Nightmares UK vs Kitchen Nightmares US. That which is good quality is not /necessarily/ popular, and I wish people would stop putting so much value in popularity as a singular measure of something's worth.
yeah, flamer in f4 sucks and does no damage. this video was great though. and refreshing that someone dares to upload walkthroughs that are not the usual "I am God, watch me be perfect." this was very refreshing. enjoyed it
Great video, it’s probably been made mentioned already, but there should a legendary unique flamer in far harbor called sgt ash. Has knee caper, great for dealing with enemies who can’t restore their knees. Would have saved a lot of time and energy. Can’t wait to see what’s nexf

I've been thinking of doing a "can you beat fallout 4 as Gene from Bob's burgers?" High endurance and luck, super low intelligence, idiot savant perk. You can only heal by eating or drinking and you always have to pick the sarcastic answer when possible. Not sure for the weapon type though, maybe pipe weapons because I hate myself.
I've spent countless hours on fallout 4. However I've never even gotten remotely close to finishing the game. Like, well over a hundred hours and I haven't even seen the railroad or institute. Like sure, I know I have a tendency to leave no stone unturned, but it's still kinda dumb lol. Seeing you beat this game, and beat it in a challenge run no less is very impressive ngl If you can beat fallout 4 like this, you can definitely make it big on youtube, just waiting for those views to come rolling in. All it takes is persistence

I'm definitely not an expert on fo4 challenges but having done some myself I'll say that agility and strength were definitely critical to this build. Agility would give you the AP for running, bashing, and VATS which gives a small defense boost while in use. While it's not listed on the wiki page, if I'm not mistaken the damage a weapon does is taken into account for the damage done while bashing. Which is why weapons that deal no damage like the Thirst Zapper in Nuka-World still do nothing when bashing with them. I personally have never considered using luck to get more ammunition and would like to commend you. Also, while it wasn't important in the run I would still like to mention that you can be short one in Perception while building a character as the bobblehead for it is easy to get. The deathclaw can easily be dealt with without your intervention as you only have to be close to it for it to come out of the civic access. After that the raiders and Preston can whittle away at its health for you. An important part of challenges is to learn how to properly take advantage of game mechanics and thriving within the boundaries set for yourself. Overall, I loved this video and will be checking out your other videos. I certainly look forward to seeing you improve.
I wanted to avoid using console commands unless it actively prevented me from proceeding in something. I made one exception for the big dig but the object glitch in the vault was something I've wanted to try for a while.
Nice run, but you should have took half of your endurance and put it on strength, because you can get the heavy weapons perk, the flamer is considered a heavy weapon, and there is a free special book in Shaun's room which you could have put in endurance.
I actually prefer seeing a challenge run not done by someone who knows the strats the people who know all the tricks end up having very repetitive content
So for future people who want to try this I would recommend getting the sgt. ash variant from the far harbor dlc, and also learning about the ammo duplication glitch to save yourself some trouble.
Sadly I've actually never played through the entire Fallout 4 game. It's not because I don't want to but my Xbox can't handle going into downtown Boston without crashing and my PC has the same problem. The saddest part is mods usually help me get further in the game then going full vanilla. But yeah I couldn't count how many times I beat Fallout 3 and Fallout new vegas LOL
