Installation:
Step1: Remove the ring from X100V.
Step2: Insall the adapter ring to the lens.
Step3: 49mm Filter can be install to front of adapter ring ( the filter is not included ).
Step4: Screw the lens hood to the adapter ring, until lens hood horizontality ( don't need to screw to the end ).

Glad I found this video. I have the LH-X54B always on my X100V and haven't had any issues with blocking viewfinder. Did you ever get their lens cap and if so how did it work out? I can't find any lens cap to accommodate this.
I ended up getting the actual branded lens hood from Haoge. Fits like a dream though..Thanks 🙏 for watching

Seems lens hood obstructs the viewfinders image view , as it’s in the line of vision.
Hi there, do you happen to know the outside diameter of the threads on the adapter ring? Ie the bit that threads into the inside of the hood itself?
49mm I believe. I don’t have an adapter to test it though. But my 49mm filters screw on if not using the hood. Thanks for watching!
