When it comes to shinies specifically, Gen 7 is where my knowledge starts to get really spotty, but I managed to just barely sneak my way into the Shiny Master rank on this quiz because, by complete coincidence, Yungoos happens to have been the first shiny I caught in these games.

"Final evolutions" I think Noki stepped out of a different timeline or something b/c Passimian isn't an evo of anything, it's a single stage.

Oh #12 was FREE. I have a very normal number of shiny Dhelmise- 3 if you only count official games, an additional 17 if you include Pokéfarm Q, + 1 if you count the melan(shiny and albino simultaneously), + 23 if you count albinos(I don't they're effectively more common)(... listen it's my fave 'mon, I am a seapilled weedmaxer)- as well as 2 shiny Palossand(it's one of my fave shinies and i have a third on Pokéfarm), AND I recently caught a shiny Pyukumuku on Pokérogue. My memory is fresh on these guys.

Guzzlord I know vividly from appearing in the anime, Buzzwole’s green tendons have been stuck in my mind as strange and goofy for years, and I love the black to white face on Pheromosa’s torso which leaves Xurkitree as one I don’t really know what it is but is wrong by process of elimination.
Only Missed Stufful, forgot the legs were Brown. Interested to see what Galar has in store

I got 8 but Stufful is one of the ones I got right. I'm ashamed to admit it but the (actual) beginner question is one I got wrong. I thought Solgaleo looked fake as hell.
I guessed Stufful but for the wrong reasons, I was with Tos thinking the paw pads were messed with.

I got all of them except 10 and 13, I was thinking Persian for 13 because making the gem yellow to match Meowth felt like something Noki would do, but I thought I remembered shiny Alolan Persion having a yellow gem so I choose Meowth.

The Tapu question almost tripped me up too. Fini's color was changed to the same color as Mimik's background color and just seeing so much of that purple constantly made me think it was correct. Realized last second thankfully lol.
As a Gen 7 fan, I am completely embarrassed of having failed the stufful question, that caught me off guard. I was impatient for this quiz because I love Gen 7. :( love ur vids btw👍
I got questions 8, 10, and 11 wrong. I would have been so DISAPPOINTED in myself if I got the bonus round wrong, but I know my boi Minior.

The official anime for one and official pronunciations in many guide books
If there's anything I've learned over the years about pronouncing Pokemon names, is that they are arbitrary. Even the Anime/Media can't make their minds up. Just to put it out there for anyone saying the Anime/Official Pokemon Media pronounce them right, in the past, they've pronounced Arceus in three distinctly different ways! (Ar-see-us, Ar-kay-us and Ar-key-us) So the bottom line is, these are made-up names for fictional characters, pronounce them however the hell you want. And if you're the type of person to call someone out for pronouncing something wrong, get a life.
Dewpider is the reason I don't look to the anime for pronunciation guidance lol
@@LukaFireIce13 ok dude chill it’s just a pet peeve of mine as much as anyone’s when they get the proper pronunciation of Pokemon names wrong but we all can say %90 percent of the lesser known/fan favorite Pokemon have this problem like for example do people say PICAchu instead of PIKAchu no but when comes to Pokemon like Arceus it’s all over the place like how many get mismagius name wrong they say it like mismagegius(yes I misspelled to prove a example). So I’m in the same camp as you I hate when people mispronounce Pokemon names.

All of the quizzes have been pretty easy for me so far (literally just because pokemon and shiny hunting are both some huge special interests for me) but that was actually the easiest one!! Gen 7 is one of my fav gens (i think mostly because of the sun/moon plot though. like....... nihilego is one of my 3 main favs because i love mind-affecting creatures/objects/etc (which is ALSO just a huge special interest for me. as well) and I was SO glad to see it here actually :D and i love ultra beasts in general too) and i spent like...... 4000+ hours in those games (that includes shiny hunting) so yeah. Very fun nonetheless!!

Fun fact: Blacephalon is one of the few Pokemon with a signature move that changes slightly based on whether the Pokemon is shiny or not. The other three Pokemon are Dragapult's Dragon Darts, and Dipplin's and Hydrapple's Syrup Bomb.
Confirmed by the no 1 Gen 7 there ever was (like Necrozma is literally my favourite Pokemon, he's in every one of my profile pictures!)

Great quiz. Gen 7 isn’t my favorite by any means but it’s the quiz i’ve done the best on somehow. Only one I missed was stufful. On the others, I didn’t even know exactly what was wrong, I just had an immediate gut instinct which turned out to be right!
