    Doing it every morning for a month already. And everything have changed… cant describe it in words but Its like this energy started to be visible for me and i can use it now at different moments of my day to boost and push me even if normally I wouldn’t have energy for it.     Hello Sir
    I am a follower of your pranayama sessions and look forward to coming to your place for learning yoga. Can you please make one short video of kapalbhati, bhastrika, anulom vilom and brahmari pranayama with bandhas which can be done daily by office goers who lead a busy life. It would be very helpful

      अखण्ड-मण्डलाकारम् व्याप्तम् येन चराचरम्। तत्पदम् दर्शितम् येन तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमह्॥
      akhaṇḍa-maṇḍalākāram vyāptam yena carācaram| tatpadam darśitam yena tasmai śrī gurave namah|| "I bow to the complete, indivisible universe, the entire energetic system containing all forces, essences, forms and beings working harmoniously. Centered in the heart these forces interconnect and radiate in all directions, unifying existence of all that is moving and unmoving. I stand with this truth and offer gratitude to the guru and all the teachers that give light to this path, to experience infinite divineness, oneness, and the experience of being whole, Akhanda."
