Love it! I took Ozempic. Blood sugar improved. After four months, my intestines were paralyzed. Stopping Ozempic let them return to normal but it took over a month and several aides to be able to return to normal. Ozempic is not an easy fix. Keep singing !!!

I was overweight for years. Started to confine myself to two big meals a day over 8 hours. No hunger 4 hours before bed, 8 hours sleeping and 3-4 hours after waking. Very easy to maintain without drugs. 6 years and counting now at my ideal weight with this routine
Ive been criticizing and hating myself for my weight for probably 8 years now, and just in the last couple months realized that it's not that the solution is external, but the problems are. We are in a health crisis right now with all the shit being pumped, mixed, and substituted in our foods, and realized that I could make a difference for myself by looking closely at the contents of my prepackaged foods, and make decisions based on that. I was so close to going the chemical route, tricking my body into thinking it's ok to starve myself, but now I just have wholesome foods and look at the portions, and lord has it made me a better person.
Just eat meat and green leafy veg. It makes you feel exactly the same as all this pharma bs making your cravings for sugar vanish and is nutrient rich AND is a more effective antidepressant than an ssri on the market. And while yes external conditions are influencing the masses and I greatly sympathize with that, you can just not participate. Fuck em. Wish you the best of luck on your weight loss!

It works and you don’t have to be hungry, and you won’t lose muscle. Atkins or Keto works. You can have more vegetables than just green leafy ones.

Developmental biologist here, ozempic if taken for none diabetics might have really negative health consequences for life longevity. I have done some studies on c elegans (nematodes) to put it simply it does make the worms thinner but it also may reduce their life in the process. Needs more research shouldn't be pushed for none diabetics. If you have diabetes then the trade off is probably ok.
Have you tested it on obesely overweight worms who would otherwise die of blood clots because they don't have the mental strength in their lives to control their urges? I love a good song, but let's just say "this lacks nuance".
