Transnistria is not actually communist. They wanted to become a soviet republic during USSR and then they became independent, they decided not to change their flag. They are actually a democracy.
Last surviving part of Moldovan SSR, its actually the same flag.

They were just tired of Georgian influence, they have their own languages. Abkhazians speak Abkhazian, South Ossetia speaks Ossetian along side with its northern neighbor North Ossetia which is part of Russia.

In 20th when russia wanted to annex georgia created some autonous regions to make georgia weak. Thats how created abxazia.
And whats about ,,south ossetians" they are just people from real ossetia which called now n.ossetia and fun fact is that when ruusia occupieted s.ossetia there was only 5 family in samachablo(s.ossetia).

Second, Abkhazians aren't descendants of the Alans, it's the Ossetians who are descendants of the Alans who settled in the now modern day North and South Ossetia which back then they called "Alania". Back then they were Alans until they evolved into Ossetians. Which means, Alania/Ossetia is their legitimate territory that belongs to them. Third, Abkhazians and Georgians lived together in the now present day Georgia since like the 700s or so, and the first legitimate kingdom of those 2 people groups was the Kingdom of Abkhazia until it was dissolved and transformed into the Kingdom of Georgia which eventually that kingdom dissolves and gets ran over by the Ottomans and Persians.
