I hope you continue reacting to Angelina's music, went she was younger to the present time now 16 years old! This video was a family affair, with her Grandmother Mery Zamani as an Ex-Producer, her Uncle Mike's two daughters, and her sister Juliette as the young girl growing up. The symbolism from the dust flying off the piano representing the past, Elvis's Black jumpsuit, and the red guitar he played during his come-back touring 1968, to Priscilla Presley's hairdo was pure genius in storytelling. Most of all Angelina sang in a deeper mature voice drawing you into "Suspicious Minds", told through Priscilla's perspective during their troubled marriage, by slowing down the song's tempo and allowing the lyrics to tell the story. The Hagstrom Red Guitar belonged to musician Al Casey, a member of Elvis’ backing band during the special in 1968. According to an accompanying letter from Casey, he was asked to let Elvis use the guitar by the producers, as they "thought it would look beautiful on camera and with the set."
Elvis Presley’s 1942 Martin D-18 acoustic guitar may have recently sold for $1.32 million, but fear not - another of the King’s axes, this one his cherry-red Hagstrom Viking II electric guitar, famous for its use in the legendary '68 Comeback Special, is hitting the block.

My interpretation of the symbolism of this music video: First, and foremost; Angelina Jordan at 16 is the epitome of a Storytelling ARTIST, and she has the ability to take us by the hand and lead us down an imaginary path that we visualize as reality. The remarkable fact is that we experience this in each of her performances. In this video we see her as a married woman in her mid to late 20s. As the video starts out, we see dishes, and it is a symbol of a home. As AJ sings the phrase “Were caught in a trap, I can’t walk out” we see 3 small children, this to me is a marriage where the children come first. Great that you've brought on a friend to introduce him to new music. Sounds like he is in the same boat I was a couple of years ago, not knowing any music that is current. Live streams have helped that.

In fact I understand there is a better list available now that I will have a link for shortly. I plan on requesting Angelina on John station, as well as several other favorites! I really enjoy the protocol when the two of you are together. Makes for some interesting comments back and forth.

This could have been an interesting reaction but the audio quality is horrible. Too much echo and you talking over (under) loud music. I couldn't hear what you said.
I know, the headphones stopped working right and so we went without, but the settings in the audio are off. I am working on it though. Thanks for the heads up though. A work in progress! lol.
