Your movements are fast and hard to read, i love how you move around the bag and your body language throws off my eyes to what you are actually doing. as a black belt myself in taekwondo, keep up the good work! :)
You're great. People talk shit on TH-cam all the time, but don't listen to anyone but a professional. Your kicks are awesome and your hand speed is great.
Great stuff man! I like how you integrate punches into the combinations--I find that we sometimes have the tendency to focus too little on punching in TKD.
Ok, I've seen many videos of specialists wannabes, but you my friend are awesome! Great balances, speed, power, angles, technique. Preety week with them shoes on... but I'd most certaintly want to fight you!
Oh, one more thing. Returning to a normal position from a kick is just as important as throwing the kick itself so this should be done with good technique too.
This is great, because he incorporated some nice boxing-like punches, which is kinda hard to find on taekwondo practicioners these days since they don't teach those kinds of punches (I'm a black belt in TKD, but I now do Muay Thai)
That's okay, FT.. . . looks like you were doing pretty good to me. You punched as much as kicked which looked pretty effective which is enough to wear anybody down. I don't see a lot of that in tourneys, just mostly kicking. BTW, even tho the flag is upside down, you've got something I want to get back; power, speed and technique! Drive on my friend, and win big!!
Great video, but keep your hands up when you go close. If they drop when you go close you'll take a lot of headshots. I've done sparring with boxers and other martial artists and this fact remains true for all. Keep up the work! LOVE the kicks
There's also something else I've noticed. When you try to execute several fast consecutive kicks, you're thinking ahead and thus your body is trying to do the next kick before the current one is done. You twist awkwardly this way and puts pressure on the joints. Concentrate on the proper motion of every kick, take your time to execute it fully and then move on to the next one. You should work on memorizing combinations so that you put in less thought and more muscle memory into it. Best of luck!
Great speed man! You wear your belt really high hahaha. Hey work on low leg kicks using the shin to strike with. Try to kick super fast and use the side kick like a jab. Thats how you can fight other styles too. Its cool you are doing punches! And you are very fast but work on holding your guarding hands up higher and angle your body more. I think you are doing great and would love to train with you.
@SOCOMSoldier01 I've always thought they were one in the same. You strike to make the outside damage, push to create the inside damage. Like Bruce Lee said, "it's like a whip with a ball chain at the end" I've just found in training to go through something is much better than to just smack it.
Wow, dude, you're amazing! Do you do a lot of running with your training? Skip rope? and fight the air for speed? Also, I need more advice. Do you stretch? How long have you been training? I've trained for a year, but quit because I keep thinking I won't get good forever. I'm 17 right now. Anyways... do you learn some kicks from tutorials off youtube? Lol sorry about all the questions. But top it all, sick video! You're great, keep it up!!!!
How muchyweight do you have in that Bag. It would be good to know so i can calobrate your speed to strength. Beautiful technique i must say. Im training in Hap Ki do and we do alot of T K D kicking
Your technic is good on the actual kicks but you need more explosiveness in the begining of your kicks. I'm saying that because you need to eliminate those steps you take before a kick. It builds momentum but we can see you starting a kick from miles away! So more explosiveness would compensate. I guess if you don't compete it doesn't really matter but that's my 2 cents. Your punches are sick tho.
after a day of practicing muay thai (my master is also a 3rd degree black belt in kukkiwon tkd) we did roundhouses for one minute on a wave bag, I did 53 right leg and 52 left leg, Id say about the first 30 both legs were solid damaging kicks, is that ok to your standards? Tae kwon do was my first formal training at 12 for a year and ive seen guys who probably kick a lot faster thats why I ask
Your feet are so fast o.O Usually when I see videos on youtube, I'm fairly confident I can take the majority of the people. I can honestly say you'd wreck me, though, haha
@risk531 Generally you don't see many with good hands. Most schools (especially in America) emphasize the feet and, particularly (and unfortunately) point sparring, which is why you see a lot of TKD practitioners with sloppy guards, since they use their hands more for balance to help keep speed up, rather than striking with them. Those are the folks that give TKD a bad name. Makes for pretty good highlights in tournaments, when they get their heads damn near taken off, though.
Hi please do enlighten me on how you trained t get that speed, i know it's an overnight kind of thing but i'll be gladly to get a few pointers from you. Thanks Greetings from Singapore
Yes. Nice work, sir. Contunue with filming. It's interesting to look at you once again.

Awesome drills👊

astounding speed and great technique my brother. a pleasure to watch.
Nice moves..For me it's a Big YES!
What is lame is that those uppercuts to the body and hooks to the body would not score in a WTF tournament. I wish they would change the rules.
Great power in your twist kick sir.
Great variety of striking skill with hands and feet.
That's someone you don't want to mess with.
great job!!! you are very fast. Awesome video and very inspiring!
Really good looking kicks man. and you are fast too! :D
Ok, I've seen many videos of specialists wannabes, but you my friend are awesome! Great balances, speed, power, angles, technique. Preety week with them shoes on... but I'd most certaintly want to fight you!
Nice man! You got skill man.
Oh, one more thing. Returning to a normal position from a kick is just as important as throwing the kick itself so this should be done with good technique too.
So fast and great balance. I use the inverted roundhouse kick too. It throws so many people off.
that's some kind of super saiyan stuff
This is great, because he incorporated some nice boxing-like punches, which is kinda hard to find on taekwondo practicioners these days since they don't teach those kinds of punches (I'm a black belt in TKD, but I now do Muay Thai)
Awsome! I'm cross training my taekwondo with boxing aswell. Crisp beatiful tecqnique.

good speed, and power
I'm Muay Thai guy myself but I wouldn't mind learning these kicks.
Great video, but keep your hands up when you go close. If they drop when you go close you'll take a lot of headshots. I've done sparring with boxers and other martial artists and this fact remains true for all.
Keep up the work! LOVE the kicks
Great kicks man
dang, great speed there
Beautiful technique
You are like the Manny Pacquiao of TKD, real fast and and powerful!!!
Its been awhile since I've seen someone willingly throw inside-outside crescent kicks.
GOD DAMN you're fast! O_______o
you're speed is amazing dude! and what did you put and the base of your bag? seems to be pretty heavy!
Good luck with nationals this year!

:16-:17 is really smooth and your combos are strong! Ignore the haters - they have no vids of their own!
nice combos
what brand is that bag/dummy? I´ve seen anothers, but they just seems to move so much, this one is perfect!!!
I would avoid doing the axe kick on this "dummy" other than amazing speed. Keep up the good work.
Wow, dude, you're amazing! Do you do a lot of running with your training? Skip rope? and fight the air for speed? Also, I need more advice. Do you stretch? How long have you been training? dude u r fast and strong i wanna practice with u
My respect for you. :)
That Ax kick has got to hurt when you catch your heel on the bag. All the same you have some made skills.
Amazingly fast
i reckonnnn. daaim its like the speed of video game fighting lol
What is it that you fill the base of your bag with?
How muchyweight do you have in that Bag. It would be good to know so i can calobrate your speed to strength. Beautiful technique i must say. Im training in Hap Ki do and we do alot of T K D kicking
impressive power, considering he's size.
I've seen muscle men two times bigger than him delivering weaker kicks.

sick skills dude, but should flip your Korean flag around so red is above blue. heat raises so it goes on top =D easy way to remember.
Im a black belt in tkd to and i am supremly jealous of your speed :[
I couldn't help but notice that the Korean flag in the background is actually pinned upside down.
gotta love tkd...fuckin fast kicks man
have you got water in the base or sand?? please reply thank you :)
where I can found this heavy bag?
after a day of practicing muay thai (my master is also a 3rd degree black belt in kukkiwon tkd) we did roundhouses for one minute on a wave bag, I did 53 right leg and 52 left leg, Id say about the first 30 both legs were solid damaging kicks, is that ok to your standards? he look like the guy on rush hour 3, the guy that was sing, next to juntile
You make duh Asian very proud
Your feet are so fast o.O Usually when I see videos on youtube, I'm fairly confident I can take the majority of the people. I can honestly say you'd wreck me, though, haha

Very fast!!! :)
Beautiful Technique! Wanted to point out that the Korean flag is upside down.

@Huhmasta you are right my apolgies
This guy is fucking fast!!!! Some get a speed meter on this guy
nice dude have you thought about joing mma you may do well in it :D
Hi please do enlighten me on how you trained t get that speed, i know it's an overnight kind of thing but i'll be gladly to get a few pointers from you. Thanks
Greetings from Singapore
it's realy good! but i doubt it would have any effect on MMA or Muay Thai... Still nice to watch :D
very nice...!
note: the korean flag in the back is put up wrongly... or the video might be mirrored :P
good job, good boxing, nice to mix that with TKD, r you WTF OR ITF?
what is this bag called?
