@@roywagers9719 Well start degressiv and try to get better. There is no need for a fake pride. You want to do step, after step, after step and get next day more reps, more time. Also practicing the kills you cant do, and improuve the things you are already good at^^. Never stop.
My 7 year old daughter won 2 gold medals Saturday against boys. Alex, you have become her Taekwondo curriculum.

Well, I kinda miss the ratio and the pauses of the drills. I am doing 3-5 Sets 1 mins long with 30 sec break. and about 7-10 Drills of those.
Is there any modifications for people who can't do that?
