ColourMFA Debug Features Audi TT Mk2 8J - Digital Instrument Cluster Upgrade 2.0, 3.2, TTS and TTRS

- If you like extra features then this firmware upgrade for ColourMFA is excellent to help bring the optical parking sensors (OPS) to the screen in ColourMFA. While playing arond i also found a menu to display steering angle and climatronic values.
While at the drag night i also noticed that i couldn't tell when ESP was off. The OEM function is to show some text in yellow (on the white LCD screen) that says "ASR OFF" or "ESP OFF" once the button is held all the way down for a few seconds. I sent some info to the developers and got a firmware upgrade back - initiated the feature and it works! The ColourMFA shows the status of ESP on the screen and also initiates the launch control screen when you set the car up for it.
It's looking good! Now it's just a matter of convincing developers these features should be integrated into the regular FW rather than having to be in debug menu.

What do you think of ColourMFA in the Audi TT Mk2? Would you get it installed or not worth it?
This is the one thing in my 2013 TTS I would really like to upgrade. Where can I get this and how much does it cost?
@@waycockorl when I have more kits I'll be able to offer them again. In the meantime I recommend you check ColorMFA.ru or ColorMFD suppliers for a kit.

I'm really liking the integration of directional parking sensors. My B5 1.8t doesn't have any parking sensors or camera at the moment.
Yeah this uses the OEM parking sensor system from the TT ;)

Wow! This is incredible! I guess it's not possible with my Audi TT 8J 2.0 TFSI Quattro from 2012...or am I wrong?

Just that this specific colour kit is no longer available - but the alternative 3dcolor is.

Hello i have a question i have a audi tt mk2 2007 2.0tsi with red display. I found a cluster white last letter F it has white light. Can i replace it? If possible i only have to code it ? Or more? Can you please tell me, Thank you😊
Yes you can replace the red for the white cluster but it requires a little bit of work to get all of the security stuff to match or you defeat it.
What tools do you have currently?
I have to bring it to somebody . I am not sure what he is using. But i dont have to change wiring? Can you tell me maybe what tools are needed?

@@StockWasa as far as I know the most likely way is to get an aftermarket head unit that supports UART canbus interface. Like iDataLink Meastro
