Fast forward to seven years since this comment. This year I was able to watch a fan orchestra. It was GORGEOUS. I really wish that Symphony of the Goddesses made a comeback.
Man, I remember this. It was 2 AM here in Australia and when it hit that first proper glorious look at Skyward Sword (our first view of Zelda, our first view of anything like an actual STORY) I actually cried. (And then I saw this as the opening to Symphony of the Goddesses a year and a half later in full glorious in-person orchestra and nearly cried again!)
This is why i love Nintendo , when do yo gonna see Sony or Microsoft putting an orchestra in his escenario only to render tribute to (probably the most) a greatest franchise in the videogame bussines and playing some epic music.Its amazing really.
Pretty crazy that I'm still wishing a remaster for Skyward Sword. One of the most beautiful games from the Wii and imagine what it will look in glorious HD. Motion controls or not, I still wish for the game!!

3 more day till the 30th anniversery and oh boy cant wait to see the new zelda! i cant belive its been 5 years since this aired i rememeber sitting on the couch crying i was hit so bad with nostolgia and hearing all of my favorite songs growing made me love zelda even more :) thank you nintendo!
I remember i used to watch it over and over on my 3ds' eshop and like i wanted to play skyward sword so much but i didn't have any wii so i needed to wait until christmas and i was like "WHYYYY"
When i have to explain to friends why my favorite music genre is video game/movie soundtracks, this is a perfect example. We all know the Zelda main theme. Just the way that even people that know nothing of sci-fi know who Captain Kirk is. They are defining examples.
Some people say its nerdy and dumb but its not it captivating and great I play Halo, CoD, Battlefield, Brink, PGR, Mario, force unleashed and my name is another obvious hint at a game, but LOZ has a certaint ring to it. Its a beautiful series and will always be my tie if not favororite game.
