Great video to show you the right way to manually pretreat a garment for dark printing on a direct to garment printer.

In this you mention not to use parchment paper for pressing after the shirt has been sprayed. Why is this the case?
I belive that baking paper used for cooking is considered as parchment paper correct?

Yes, that is parchment paper. Parchment leaves a kind of matte finish on the shirt, teflon sheets leave a more glossy finish.

Thats a lot of fcking around just to pretreat, but necessary i guess. Is that a Wagner Spray system, which one should I buy ?

Hey Aussie, it is. I'm not sure the model, if you're in Australia you should go to dtgditigal.com and let them hook you up. BUT, if you'd like a better option, check out: spidermini.com/

What is the paper you use after pretreat ? When you dry it for 35 - 40 seconds ?

That was a teflon sheet, but typically we're using release paper colmanandcompany.com/DTG-Ink-Supplies.html

You really wouldn't want to Jake. That press not only dries the shirt it mattes down the fibers in it before printing.
