This is not city it's johannesburg suburb like sandton city they are suburbs of johannesburg not separate cities in gauteng province.

But Attaq said "it's building a city. That's what the developer has stated. It's not my opinion. Hence it's named Waterfall City. Go and research about it. It's similar to Lanseria smart city project. The project is almost 15 years old. It was announced more 15 years ago that they will build this city. Go and check the master plan on Google to see the how it will be in future
