Jimmy Perry had a great voice, he was great when he was telling about his sitcoms. And without Jimmy Perry, we never would have had Dad's Army. You Rang My Lord was also greaet by Croft and Perry.

When I saw the title of this video. I was reminded of the tv sitcom the thin blue line with Rowan Atkinson. Constable Frank Gladstone is very fond of Gloria Hunniford. Also the show the thin blue line was inspired by Dad's army.

If I was Gloria I had talked with Jimmy about the sitcome s that he wrote on his one. I always saw Jimmy as the master mind behind Hidehi and Dad's army. So I never understand why he didn't had any sucses with his own writing projects.
